My family and I booked this experience and then built our full trip to Italy around it. It was a disappointment. What was advertised to us was not what was experienced. We were at dropped off at the museums and given no direction of whether to go. The Lamborghini Museum is just a showroom. The Ferrari Museum is amazing and worth visiting on your own. And the “tour of Circuito di Fiorano” was literally just driving by it so quickly we couldn’t even take a picture. The visit to the factory was just a photo op outside the building that anyone could do on their own.

While it was nice to see the cars at both Ferrari and Lamborghini, this experience was not what was described and what we paid for. First, pick up was supposed to be direct at our hotel. It was one of the reasons for booking so we wouldn't have to walk or pay for a taxi. While the meeting point was only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we got conflicting information from the email reminder and the tour company. Second, the title states 'private' tour. This was not private, there was a large group. Third, the description indicates museum tickets for both museums are included in the price. We had to pay for entrance tickets for the Ferarri shuttle (we already paid, they said they didn't have our name on the list). Since they didn't have our name on the list, this took some time as the language barrier was complicated and it was making us late. We ended up paying so we could get on the bus, but we had to stand because there were no seats. This tour also describes a guide sharing information about the history. There was no talking or learning. And it was a ride around buildings. Just buildings - and we were told no photos were allowed. Even though you could park across the street and take pictures! Then for lunch the person yelled at us 'no pizza'. We didn't order pizza, but it was confusing. We didn't get the drinks we would have liked. But at this point, nothing was going right. We did get to see some spectacular vehicles, and that was nice. But we sure didn't need to pay the high price of the tour, and then again for museum tickets (which showed us nothing - just a drive around buildings with no description). We could have found our own way there and paid entry for a lot less. It was quite dissapointing.
A wonderful day. Francesco was a great smooth driver and was able to chat some in English. He made sure we got everywhere we needed to be on time and would walk us into the places to make sure we got our tickets and ensured we knew what time and where to meet him for the next stage of the trip. The meal was as a local restaurant and not a tourist place so was a real authentic Italian meal. All communication with the company was very clear and helpful. Would highly recommend this trip
Awful experience, spoke with a rep back in April to confirm this would include factory tour, it did not, driver arrived in a small car and did not speak any English. Very disappointing, called the tour operator and they didn’t care that we were upset they refused to give a partial refund, or try and make us happy. Would never use this group again.
Our driver was very safe, courteous and attentive. The museums were great and the lunch was good. This was a bucket list thing for me and it did not disappoint.
We were very pleased with our time on this excursion. The museums and cars spoke for themselves, but we were blown away by our attentive and communicative our driver was.
Adriano was the perfect guide for a fun and enjoyable day visiting the Lamborghini and Ferrari museums. Adriano was very gracious and engaging throughout the day.
The Lamborghini museum could have had more than just a showroom feel. Individuals to talk to, signs about the cars, small gift-shop etc.
What am absolutely fantastic day. We were picked up directly from our accommodation by a private driver, Giacomo (James) and drove for nearly an hour to our first stop - the Lamborghini museum. This is a self guided tour only, but that was really all that was needed - the museum is set on two floors with the most beautiful cars and descriptive signage. We spent about 50 mins there which was really the perfect amount of time to get a good look and take photos. James picked us up and drove us out to the Ferrari museum, which really has to be seen to believed - again self guided tour only - Ferrari through the ages, including evolution of the F1 cars and all the associated trophies. Followed this with a bus tour of the Ferrari factory (no photos allowed!) but very informative. James then picked us up and took us to a lovely trattoria for lunch, where he and my husband discussed cars and he gave us a couple of good local restaurant recommendations in Bologna. On the way back he detoured slightly to take us past the Ducati factory, which was really appreciated. Had a fantastic day, James was an absolute gem! Would highly recommend this trip.
This is a very well run tour. We were picked up by our AirBnB in Modena. We speak some Italian and got along great with our driver Francesco, grazie! Both museums are self-guided. Lamborghini Museum is essentially a showroom of important models over time. There are amazing art-like photographs taken within the factory. The Ferrari Museum is extensive and really goes in depth on Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1. The guided bus tour of the factory and test track are an exceptional experience (no photos allowed). Piero Ferrari was in his office and we saw his driver and custom green Ferrari, bellisimo!
We had an absolute ball on this tour. Our driver was extremely nice and very helpful. The restaurant where we had lunch was to die for. We both walked out very satisfied. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour to do on our first day in Italy.
The tour was good, our guide didn't have much of an English vocabulary, just used Google translate. Ferrari museum was great, Lamborghini Museo was OK, didn't realise it wasn't the main Lamborghini museum which would have been a better option.
I saw Lamborghinis and Ferraris I’d never seen before. Definitely worth it. Had Mauricio as our driver and he took us everywhere.
Our driver was great. Very light English but he had a great transition app on his phone. The drive was lovely. Lamborghini museum was very simple and elegant, and small. Ferrari was much better. Molto bene! More cars and more information. We got a little mixed up on lunch but made it work. Going back to test drive a Ferrari tomorrow morning!
Our driver was great. The Lambo experience was worth the stop but it was all about Ferrari. Would have made it feel much more special if a guided tour of the museum was included
Our driver was very nice, we never get a no by answer and the experience of Maranello was great! Many expectations and they were satisfied
Incredible experience! This tour reserves your entry and brings you to the front of the line. You don’t have to worry about parking. Both Lamborghini and Ferrari were sold out on our day. This was perfect!
Wonderful experience with my son. The people are very professional and client oriented. I fully recommend them.
Lamborghini and Ferrari museums were BEAUTIFUL. Lunch was included at a local restaurant and was also WONDERFUL. Also included with this tour option was the “factory tour” and citadel. BEWARE. 50 minute bus tour and you see everything from a bus window as the tour guide points at a building on the factory’s campus. You DO NOT see anything inside the factory. We were so disappointed. Citadel track was also a disappointment since no cars were on the track being driven to create a better experience. We had a wonderful driver who overheard my son mention wanting to drive a Ferrari. He called the tour company and they called me immediately offering to set it up. The driving experience was expensive but it SAVED THE DAY and made the entire experience a great day in the motor cities of Italy.
My family loves cars so this is a great opportunity to see Lamborghini and Ferrari. My sons watch formula 1 as well so it was fun to see the cars used in previous races. The lunch afterwards was delicious as well and a great local environment.
Favia was an excellent tour guide. She picked us up at our hotel in Bologna. We went to Lamborghini first. She got us in ahead of the line and met us after. Then, it was a beautiful drive to Ferrari museum. She spoke English, told us all about the area. Her sense of humor was delightful. After, she took us to a great little restaurant in the countryside. The owner waited on us and treated us as if we were special friends. It was a great day and worth the cost.
This trip is the best way to see both museums in one day. Our driver picked us up in a very nice and new Audi, and was extremely friendly. We got to the museums safely and on time and it was a pleasure talking to him despite a small language barrier. He deserves more than 5 stars as he even stopped and bought us some cherries to take home after we mentioned we liked the ones in the restaurant. I would recommend this experience to anyone, my son and I had a great trip.
Test driving a Ferrari but that was an extra-side venture not part of this booking. We didn’t know the guided tour through the factory would be on a bus and not going in. Not really a ‘private tour’ that we booked.
We had a wonderful trip to both Ferrari museums, drive through the factory and Lamborghini museum. Our guide and driver were very gracious and informative. Lunch was incredible 3 course meal that accommodated our food allergies.
We were afraid that there wouldn't be enough time for the numerous activities offered, but the tour turned out to be truly exceptional! Very friendly guides, crazy museums and lots of curiosities. I loved it and I really think it's a piece of Italian history worth visiting once in your life! I recommend it to anyone, we had a lot of fun!
The tour took us to the beating hearts of Lamborghini and Ferrari, with visits to the factories. The tour was well organised, smooth and the guide was the key to the experience, taking us behind the scenes of these motoring icons. His passion and knowledge of Italian sports cars were evident, making every detail even more fascinating. The included lunch at a local trattoria was also really enjoyable, all delicious. It's important to note that test drives are not included, but the complete immersion in the history and beauty of Lamborghini and Ferrari cars was more than enough to satisfy my passion. If you love luxury cars, this tour is a must. A dream experience!
The Lamborghini and Ferrari tour is an unmissable experience for lovers of Italian cars. Includes a typical lunch, private transport from Bologna or Modena, entrance fees to the Lamborghini and Ferrari museums, and a visit to the Ferrari Citadel with the Fiorano race track. The guide will take you behind the scenes and lunch will let you taste the local tastes. This tour offers a complete immersion in the legends of Italian motoring, with high quality comfort and service. An unforgettable experience for sports car enthusiasts.
On our transit to Tuscany vacation we stayed one night in Formigine (Best Western Plus Resort). Located between Modena and Maranello. So you can visit all three museums (2 x Ferrari & 1 x Lamborghini) which are then between 8-25 km nearby great. This museum is over two floors, very clear. But for car fans a must. Our female companion we had dropped off in Modena for a stroll and my son and I went here and spent about 1.5 - 2 hours there. The brutal sports cars are worth seeing.
I did this tour in October of 2019 and I must say that the guided tour of the factory is really something unique. shame you can not bring the children inside the factory but it is worth it. Council
