Our Gondolier let up enjoy our cruise and didn’t interrupt or rush us. He took the time to explain historic sites and interesting places along the way. Even in the rain, Strongly recommend.

Booked through Tripadvisor but was given the wrong address. Called the support number and got an AI agent that messaged another address that was also wrong. Found the number to call the company direct and they emailed me the correct address. There was absolutely nothing special or romantic about this, its exactly the same Gondola ride that you can simply turn up for and pay half the price charged by Tripadvisor without having to walk around half of Venice following bad information.

I had an incredible gondola experience in Venice from start to finish. The VR experience at the beginning was a brilliant touch, giving us a unique, immersive look at the city’s history and the canals before we even stepped outside. It really set the scene and built up the excitement for what was to come. After that, our guide Rachele took us on a lovely walk-and-talk tour towards the gondola. She was amazing from the very beginning — warm, friendly, and full of fascinating stories about Venice and everyday life along the canals. The walk itself felt relaxed and personal, not rushed at all, and she pointed out details we would have completely missed on our own. By the time we reached the gondola, we already felt connected to the city, and the ride was the perfect finale. Gliding through the water after such an engaging introduction and tour made the whole experience feel thoughtful and well put together. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and Rachele’s guidance at the beginning, along with the VR, made it truly memorable.

Amazing experience!! The Murano and Burano are stunning islands worth visiting! The tour guide Atena was brilliant! She was knowledgeable and very helpful. This tour included Venetian food and wine and she arranged for me to have a vegan option available. Well worth the money!

It was busy to check in at Venice Tours for the trip, but the line moved quickly. It was a hustle to move along the streets fast enough to keep up with our speedy guide. She was very pleasant and helpful. It was a great learning experience and a beautiful day.

This was an awesome experience. Jam packed day but got a great view of Venice and what the city has to offer. The only downside was having to find different legs of the tour yourself. It wasn’t too hard to find but overall still a great experience.

Our gondolier was professional, navigating the waterways with effortless grace while pointing out a few hidden landmarks along the way.

The tour was nice. Our tour guide navigated the chaos of tourist season to guide us on our way to the gondolas. Veronica was friendly and brought a pleasant energy to our experience. We wish the gondola trip was longer than 30 minutes. We purchased the 1 hour tour which included about 15 minutes of tour and commentary then 15 minutes of waiting for the gondola, then 30 minutes on the boat. My husband is afraid of boats and the gondolier was conscious of this and did all he could to make the experience pleasant.
The agency is very respectful, i had an issue with my booking which i missed by mistake and they were very supporive and gave me a compensation as a complimet by booking another slot sophia at the customer service is great and sara the tour guide is very friendly and supportive Only i wish the gondola tour takea more time than 20 min
Great tour with Venice tours. Nice looking gondola. We were 4 persons in a Gondola for 5 persons which is the standard gondola. But only 2 seats are ok. The 3 other seats are really poor or for children. But fantastic ride in the small canals and canal grande.

Was listed as a 15 walking tour with guide to gondola and then 30min gondola ride. Neither happened as such. 3 min crappy ‘virtual reality’ video with goggles that you have to hold and barely 10 rant from the ‘guide’. The gondola ride went for 12min and didn’t cover the path of the full audio guide. A guide that was cutting in and out on 3 different cell phones. Worst tour yet.
