We had a great experience with our photographer Mimi. We had terrible weather on the day of our shoot, cold, windy and cloudy. Mimi kept us moving and joking and she ended up getting great pics despite not ideal conditions. Highly recommend

Do it! Having photos beyond selfies is amazing. Our photographer was kind and efficient. Our first photographer needed to cancel but he placed us into good hands.

The photographer spoke with me before hand and we discussed what we wanted. We had no idea. So he gave us options and ideas. When we met him, we were a bit nervous and felt a little out of place, taking photos in front of groups of strangers also on vacations. He was funny and helped us relax a bit. He took us to less crowded really romatic places, walked us through poses, asked us for ideas and we actually had fun. We were on our honeymoon and had recently gone through our wedding photoshoot which was very rigid and not very personal. This was a fun hour, he was very generous with his time. The pictures came out amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. We will have these photos forever and the memory is priceless!

Venice photographer did a wonderful job finding the best locations, lighting, and instructed best poses! Ive not seen completed pix yet but some some previews... she said Viators main (she was the contracted photographer) co will edit and select best photos to give me in 48 hrs by email. They looked great unedited!

We had a fantastic photo shoot with Cecilia in Venice near the Rialto area. She was warm, friendly, and made us feel comfortable from the start. She gave us great options for locations and poses, and the whole experience was seamless, professional, and enjoyable. I was told there was a software issue that was causing a delay. But I had to ask about it. I was told we would be pushed to the front of the line to get our pictures. That’s been 11 days and now they aren’t responding at all. It was our 25th anniversary and we were looking forward to the pics. It does not appear they have plans to send me the photoshoot we paid for, since they haven’t responded since me email. Very unfortunate. Hopefully Viator will at least reimburse me.

BUYER BEWARE! Do not book a photoshoot with this company. The images I’ve received are horrible! They were heavily edited, sharpened, pixelated and super low quality. The photographer did a horrible job shooting the images. We paid for an hour photoshoot with 50 high quality images. The images we received are NOT high quality. They were out of focus, blurry, soft and pixelated. First of all, it took 4.5 days for us to Receive the images back, not 1-2 days as advertised. I reached out to the team and they were not good with responding. I had to beg and plead to get a response. Once I finally received the photos, I immediately complained and messaged them asking for a full refund. They took days to go back and forth and I had to message a few times to get a response. They wasted our time and money and left us very disappointed with what was supposed to be wonderful memories from our Italy vacation. I can’t even print a 5x7 because of the horrible quality. Their response and I quote, “We've reviewed the files with our editing team. Based on their assessment, the pixelation you're seeing is already present in the original files we received from the photographer, before any editing was applied. Unfortunately, we did not receive RAW files for this shoot, only JPEG files, which limits how much image quality can be recovered during editing. To improve the overall result, the editor applied sharpening adjustments, but the quality of the original files ultimately sets a limit on what can be achieved. We want to be transparent that while we can request a re-edit, it would not significantly improve the sharpness or resolution of the images because those limitations originate from the source files themselves. We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. We will also be documenting your feedback internally and reviewing the photographer's work from this shoot so our team can take this into account moving forward.” They even admitted it was the photographers fault but still will not give me customer courtesy of a full refund. They didn’t offer me any other option. Just said the photos are subjective and it’s my fault I am not happy with them. I am also a professional photographer and if I sent photos like these to a client, I would be ashamed. I would definitely offer a re-do or something. They didn’t offer me anything. They said, “ We completely appreciate that photography is subjective and understand the images may not have matched your personal expectations. However, after reviewing the original files and the final gallery, we don’t believe there are any technical or quality issues that would justify a full refund.” They already admitted previously that the photographer didn’t do a great job when they said the pixelation are in the original images. I know as a photographer that there is only so much editing that can be done to fix horrible quality images. And this is the case. I think my request of a full refund is an acceptable request. We wasted time and money on these lifetime memories and now we are left with some images that you can barely make out who is in the photo. It is very disappointing.

On a whim I booked this experience to get a few family pictures while in Venice. The agency contacted me in advance to ask for what I was looking for and the photographer was also in contact ahead of time. We met in a central location and got to the session. I had a 30 minute session and we were able to include multiple locations which was nice. We had a 9am session and the photographer found ways to keep crowds out of the background. We got our pictures the next day via a secure link and they came out great! I was really happy we decided to do this and it may be a new thing we do as a family each time we travel. The pictures were so much. Nicer than doing selfies as a family. While in Venice you should do this!!!

Even with kids in tow, the session was smooth, joyful, and full of laughs. The photographer knew exactly how to capture our family's personality. These photos are our new favorites.

Daniel, our photographer was amazing! He did such a great job communicating with us the night before about where to meet him and how to find him. We were worried the 30 min wouldn’t be enough, but he did such a great job of moving us through the area, posing us, and making sure no people were in the background. He was so personable, and truly gave us amazing photos. Even if you only have 30 minutes, do it!

Reyna was my photographer and she was very kind and had great recommendations for poses, as well as excellent locations for photos. She had recommendations on where to eat and even where to do laundry. It was an excellent experience overall.

Why would you not do this? ~$60 is fantastic, and professional photos to last a lifetime! Loved it!! And our photographer was great!

Our photographer Mary was very kind and accommodating. She made us feel very comfortable during the photoshoot and she would direct our poses as well. Though it was only for an hour; We were able to shoot in multiple locations. Photos turned out really nice! Highly recommend them!

Daniel was an incredible photographer to work with during my time in Venice as a solo traveler. From the very beginning, he was communicative, flexible, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt comfortable and happy throughout the entire experience. He did an amazing job listening to my ideas while also bringing his own creative eye and direction to the shoot. I especially appreciated how collaborative the process felt — he would show me photos throughout the session so we could make adjustments in real time and ensure we were capturing exactly the vibe I was looking for. Our photographer, Marta, was very friendly and great to work with. She made us feel at ease with her outgoing personality. We found some quiet, great spots to take photographs, and she set up to look good. Well worth the 1-hour we spent together, and then went back to our normal vacation stuff.

Our photographer was very nice & professional! We enjoyed the experience and the time. In retrospect, we probably should have gotten a bit shorter session, because we were in costume, and would have liked a bit more direction on poses etc, but the service was great!

Manjola was our photographer and was such a joy to work with on Christmas Day in Venice! She picked so many scenic viewpoints to capture both our family group and solo shots and memories. This is the best company, we booked with another company and got stood up, they squeezed us in last minute so we could have our photos. Literally booked an hour before sunset and they were able to take care of us, very impressed. We also loved our photographer she was better than our own wedding photos. Must book great experience, well taken care of, and a must do.

When we went to Venice we are worried about thieves and handing our phone over to a stranger to take our family photo. Hiring a private photographer is a solution to this plus all the benefit with someone able to take you to the best places, provide instruction for poses and find ways to navigate the crowds. The price is very affordable and we got a lot of good pictures. The photographer we got is very patient with our 2 small kids. Definitely would recommend this experience to others as well!

We had Reina as our photographer, she was friendly, professional and punctual. I highly recommend doing a photo session because they take you to the main spot. Once pictures are ready they send you an email for you to download them and you are able to purchase more pictures you want. We did the 30 minute session for 56c and it was worth the price.

this experience was just OK. We had booked a longer experience but was called a few hours before saying they didn’t have enough photographers and if they could push our session, it was not possible due to other commitments. We accepted a much shorter version and did not get enough photos.
