We booked a private gondola ride in Venice on May 6th. We were at the meeting place early and no one from the Tour Guy showed up. They then had the nerve to say someone from Gray Line was there and we must have been at the wrong place. We even tried to call Gray Line and no one answered so we called The Tour Guy and they were going to call us back which never happened. The gondola operator even confirmed no one from any tour company had been there. We ended up paying for a private gondola ride and it was actually about a third of the price that The Tour Guy charged. We were basically ripped off by this company. A Mr. Wissam texted us and I actually messaged him a picture that was time stamped and proved we were in the right place for the tour. The Tour Guy and Mr. Wissam did nothing but blame us. We used Viator for numerous other tours and they were all great.

Itinerary
Your tour begins at a central gondola station, where a friendly host awaits. After your small group has gathered, step into the gondola, settle onto the cushioned seats, and feel the boat sway as your gondolier pushes off.
