Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani Venice

We stayed here for two nights in September and had a wonderful experience. The location is great. It is only a 10-minute walk from the train station and away from the noisy and crowded areas. We felt very safe here as well. Our triple room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The service was excellent, especially the front desk who gave us helpful suggestions for a gondola ride with minimal waiting. They also arranged a water taxi to the airport for us. The breakfast buffet was very good. We would definitely stay here again!

Palazzo Nani was a wonderful home base for our stay in Venice. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant and historic, but still comfortable and polished—and we especially loved the location in Cannaregio. It gave us a quieter, more authentic side of Venice to come home to after spending the day exploring the busier areas around San Marco. The location was also perfect for the way we wanted to experience Venice. We could step outside and wander along canals, through little streets and across bridges, while still having easy access to the vaporetto when we wanted to go farther. After long days of sightseeing, it was such a pleasure to come back, rest for a while, and then head out again for the evening. Palazzo Nani really contributed to how much we enjoyed Venice, and I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, elegant, exceptionally clean, and very conveniently located. What stood out most, however, was the hospitality and personal attention from the staff. As Shabbat-observant Jewish guests, we especially appreciated the understanding, consideration, and accommodations made for our needs. This meant a great deal to us and made our stay particularly comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Venice. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to every little detail. As I celebrated my birthday in Venice, the entire team made me feel incredibly special. They welcomed me with thoughtful birthday gifts, surprised me with beautiful balloons, and created unforgettable moments that I will treasure forever. Waking up to a birthday breakfast with the sweetest surprise—a delicious tiramisu pancake topped with a birthday candle—was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. It was the perfect way to begin my special day. Later that evening, I enjoyed an unforgettable Michelin-inspired birthday dinner prepared by the incredibly talented Chef. Every moment felt thoughtfully planned with love and genuine care. One of the highlights of my stay was the wonderful excursion to Murano, where I experienced the beauty of Venetian glassmaking, followed by a visit to the colorful island of Burano. The hotel team made every part of the experience effortless and even checked in with me throughout the day to make sure I was enjoying myself and had everything I needed. That level of genuine care is something you rarely experience. A very special thank you goes to the two wonderful Alinas, Alex, Banoth, and the entire team. Your kindness, professionalism, warmth, and constant attention made me feel like family. You didn’t just provide exceptional service—you created memories that will stay in my heart forever.
