Nh Venezia Santa Lucia

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, especially considering we paid approximately £450 for just one night. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with black marks on the bedding, mould-like marks on the walls, damp patches on the ceiling, mould in the shower, a cracked bathroom mirror, food crumbs on the carpet and mosquitoes. The complimentary bottle of wine was missing, and breakfast was cold and inedible. To make matters worse, a male member of staff entered our room at around 10 pm without our permission to inspect the issues and take photos, while we were partly dressed, which was intrusive and distressing. Despite raising our concerns, we received no satisfactory resolution. The hotel has also denied these issues despite having photos proving the issues (including photos showing the staff member in room taking photos). For approximately £450, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort and service. A thoroughly disappointing experience, and a hotel we would not recommend.

For sure this hotel is on the pleasant side among all the accomodations I've tried! Especially thanks to Shori at the front desk. He gently filled my mom's requests, and poured his heart for our comfortable night. we were able to enjoy the canal view sipping a coffee at our room!

Staying at NH Venezia Santa Lucia was an absolute pleasure and made our Venice trip incredibly smooth. If you are arriving by train, the location is unbeatable—it is just a few steps away from the Santa Lucia train station. Anyone who knows Venice knows how exhausting it can be to drag heavy luggage over countless stone bridges, but this hotel completely saves you from that hassle. We absolutely loved the hotel, but what truly made our stay special was the reception team. The front desk staff welcomed us with genuine smiles and a very warm attitude. They were incredibly polite, kind, and hosted us wonderfully. Thanks to their amazing hospitality, we felt truly valued. The rooms were fantastic as well; absolutely spotless, highly comfortable, and spacious. Between the comfort of the room and the wonderful approach of the team, it was a perfect experience. If we visit Venice again, this will definitely be our only choice!

The rooms were small. But absolutely beautiful! The hotel is clean and nice looking. The location was amazing. Close to the trains and the water stops for multiple different types of water transport. The best part overall, was how kind the staff were. Valentina told us all about the area and was so informative and Shoriful was very kind and helpful and answered all of my questions.
