Htm Venice Suite

Going to Venice? It would be silly to stay elsewhere! Amazing place, clean, big, comfortable, modern, I can go on and on. Enclosed parking available for an extra charge. I will suggest this place to all my friends!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights in suite 703. Beautiful modern apartment with very good air conditioning and greats views all around Mestre and beyond. Kitchen could benefit from a microwave. Great communication with host. Reception is not 24hrs. Only minor point is location. I noticed in the evening the gathering of foreign men loitering in the car park next to Interspar supermarket. If lone female this may be rather uncomfortable. Near McDonald's. Would recommend and return

A great place with fantastic view in the district of Mestre. Transport to Venice is 10-15 minutes The big Spar market is 1 minute walk from the building. Bus stop 3 minutes and train station - 7 minutes walk. Apartment is big, modern and clean. It has a full kitchen (with many utilities) and two big beds, one of it was sofa. Separate bathroom was quite big too with towels, saop, shampoo and hairdryer. There is also air-conditioning and blind for the entire window. Building is well maintained, closed with reception and security. There is no key to the building, elevator, corridor and apartment given just an electronic card.

Great Stay at HTM Venice Suites, but Room for Improvement We recently stayed at HTM Venice Suites and overall had a very pleasant experience. The suites are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering all the comfort and convenience you could want for a stay in Venice. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to the city's main attractions while still offering a peaceful and quiet environment to relax in. However, there are a couple of areas where the experience could be even better. First, we noticed that the building has a closed parking area, but unfortunately, no parking was provided for guests. Having parking available would make a huge difference, especially for those traveling by car. Additionally, while the kitchen was well-equipped for basic needs, it could definitely benefit from a few more appliances like an oven or microwave. These additions would make it much easier for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Despite these small points, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the suite itself was clean, comfortable, and offered lovely views. We hope to return soon and hope to see these improvements in the future!
