Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location near St. Mark’s Square and many restaurants, shops, and museums. Staff was exceptional during our 3 night stay. Rooms (and entire facility) was spotless. Wonderful breakfast in their delightful breakfast room. Reception staff were extremely helpful when we had questions, needed recommendations, or wanted reservations. Old world charm with modern convenience. We would definitely stay there again.
Just returned after 4 day stay at the Hotel. They arranged private transfers for us which we did as an added treat. The staff are excellent so helpful and accommodating, they offered option for dining Vino, Vino and Ai Grill nearby are excellent. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with fresh towels daily, the continental breakfast was very good and again staff brilliant. The location to St. Mark's and other key areas cannot be understated but at night nice and quiet. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent location for all the main Venice sights. Room, staff, breakfast all of a high standard. Hotel provides airport meet and greet which was faultless, recommended. One minute away, an excellent restaurant, Rio de la Veste.
I recently stayed at Hotel Kette, it is a brilliant location for all the sites etc in Venice. Close for a water taxi transfer, but the various alleyways can be confusing, but that is part of the fun of being in Venice. The staff were very friendly and the room was extremely comfortable, set in period surroundings - excellent continental breakfast. Also clost ot bars and excellent restaurants, well recommended.
Nice hotel with a great central location. Most of Venice is a 10 minute walk in every direction. St. Marks Square is a couple minute walk. The first night was apparently the night before they turn the AC on. It was a little strange sleeping with the window wide open but we still had a good night's sleep. Every night after that the AC was on and the room was comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was good. One thing that was different was when you left the hotel they took the room key back everytime. At first this seemed strange but was not a problem as the key is attached to a fairly heavy Keychain. I was very happy with this hotel. The internet connection was strong and fast.
