Hotel Ai Mori D'oriente

Spent a long weekend there as a family. Large room with two double beds, clean, comfortable, plenty of space, effective air conditioning and a good shower. Staff were attentive and quick to help. Breakfast was a decent quality, and the bar served a good range of drinks. The hotel is a little way out of the centre, but we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted in around half an hour and valued being somewhere a little bit quieter. Would highly recommend as a place to stay.

Thos hotel is so lovely i cant talk about it enough. The taste and presentation is very high standard. From the reception to the rooms. Complimentary sweets and a very refeshing charged mint and lemon iced water. Quirky furnishing and impressive looking décor. The cleanliness of this hotel.is next to.none. the rooms are so beautiful and well presented. No smells. Quality complimentary slipers and toiletries. The bed is very comfortabke. The information delivery is one I have not.seen in a very long time. Brochure with all the information you will need. The pillows are very good.. The wardrobes and hangers are to behold. The toilet is very pretty and very clean. No dodgy corners are crooked linnings. One of those that makes you happy. Breakfast here was very good. Extremely clean tables and well laid out. A great selection of pastries and fruits and yoghurt and fresh juices and offcourse beautiful coffee and teas.. I am very sorry to be keaving as I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely come back here and also recommend it 👍 👌 💯 PS: we had a private tour of the fish market by some important persons. Very interesting 👌

Extremely disappointed with both this hotel and TripAdvisor. Due to unexpected mental health challenges, I was unable to travel and hoped for some compassion or flexibility. Instead, both companies hid behind rigid policies and refused to work with me in any way. Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet it was met with zero empathy or understanding. Their lack of compassion and customer service has ensured I will never book through either company again. I cannot recommend businesses that value policies over people.

Our group of 6 people’s stay at Hotel Ai More d’Oriente was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations! The location makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, visit local attractions, and enjoy nearby restaurants and shops. Everything felt conveniently within reach and an authentic side to Venice rather than the tourist areas. The staff truly made the experience memorable. From check-in to departure, everyone was warm, professional, and eager to help with recommendations or any requests. Their genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. We also appreciated their help coordinating a water taxi for us, such a fun way to get to the hotel. (Thank you Andrea, Lorenzo, Nicola, and team! ) We loved the hotel’s bar, which was incredibly convenient after a day of sightseeing! It was the perfect place to relax with a drink and unwind without having to leave the property. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The comfortable bed Venetian décor made it easy to feel at home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Ai More d’Oriente to anyone visiting the area! - Meyer Family
