Loved the location. Staff was accommodating and professional. The breakfast was nice as was the restaurant in the main lobby area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned, the water shuttle to San Marco square was easy and convenient. Took a water shuttle to the airport and took about 50 minutes. Great experience.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful, it is around 20 years old but feels practically brand new. The location is very unique, it is a 10-15 minute shuttle boat from the main part of Venice. For us this was nice, but also at times inconvenient. It’s definitely quieter where the Hilton is compared to main Venice. The breakfast buffet was 10/10 excellent. Great variety. The roof top lounge/ bar was a highlight for us- the servers were wonderful and the cocktails (alcohol and non alcohol) were the best of our 12 days all over Italy. Don’t miss them! The pool is on a rooftop- which is very cool, but also quite small. Be aware that there is a reservation process for the pool (possibly just for the lounge chairs but not sure?) that opens I believe at 8:00 AM every morning. The rooms were much larger than typical Italy hotel rooms. Overall a really great experience.
The best hotel we stayed at in Italy!! Unbelievably accommodating, kind, and generous. We frequently use Hilton in the United States, so sent a message the day before we checked in, letting them know it was going to be our first time in Venice and first time in Italy. They were quick to respond, helping us arrange our travels from the airport to the hotel through a driver and a water taxi - taking all the stress away. When we arrived to the stunning hotel, they put us in one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever seen. An open window overlooking the river and city. The pool views were also amazing - absolutely breathtaking. We were a little nervous about how the boat service would work from the hotel into Venice, but there were boats leaving about every 15 minutes, up until midnight. There is a spa and other amenities we didn’t have time to use, but absolutely would’ve. The staff was so accommodating the whole time we were there, and they even helped arrange a trip back to the train station through the canals on a water taxi. 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone. If you’re uncertain of where to stay, choose Stucky!!
Great views and kind faces, but an early bedtime! 🚤🥂 The Molino Stucky boasts an absolutely excellent location and solid facilities. Getting around is easy thanks to the handy guest shuttle, and of course, there are always water taxis available if you are feeling fancy (and ready to tackle the price tag!). The Room: I stayed on the Mezzanine floor. While the room was wonderfully comfortable, it was not exactly a masterpiece of modern design, and being on that level meant it was a bit short on natural light. The Rooftop & The Team: The rooftop bar is fantastic with beautiful views of the surroundings and truly great cocktails. The staff across the hotel are kind, smiling, and efficient. However, when the terrace gets packed, the service does slow down. To be perfectly fair, this is not the fault of the hardworking floor staff at all; it clearly feels like a management and organization puzzle that needs solving. The Midnight Munchies: Two things to keep in mind if you are a night owl. First, room service after midnight turns into a rather uninspiring pre-packed basket of snacks. Second, the fantastic rooftop bar closes surprisingly early! I imagine this is due to late-night mobility and boat logistics for the staff. Perhaps some clever shift rotations (or letting the bartenders sleep over!) could fix this, but hey that’s not my puzzle to solve! 🧩 The Verdict: Overall, it was a decent stay with a lovely team, but if my travels bring me back to Venice, I will likely choose to explore a different hotel.
What an amazing hotel! It's a stunning sight both inside and out. Check in was easy, full breakfast is top notch. They will seat you and you can order coffee and eggs from the table. The room on 7th floor looked out over the water with the perfect view. The top floor pool is to die for, swimming with the best view of the city and a full service bar as well. For Gold and Diamond members, executive lounge 5-7 for wine, beer, drinks and appetizers. The hilton shuttle was very reliable to arrive. We took alliguna water shuttle to get to the airport. Very easy. It was nice to go out in morning on shuttle to San Marco, see sights, come back in afternoon for siesta, pool and drinks, then head back out after happy hour in the executive lounge for dinner. We ate dinner at the hotel the first night and it was very good. Overall a magical stay for visiting Venice.
