Eurostars Cannaregio

Really impressed by this hotel. Amazing room with so much space. Felt like a place we could retreat to and relax. Value for money is exceptional and loved that it was slightly further out but had some lovely places right on the door step. Highly recommend staying here for your trip to Venice.

Had never heard of the Eurostar brand before this. Realise now that they are rather big. Happy that we found this hotel in Venice. We had 2 rooms. Decent size. Very modern and quaint at the same time. It seems this building was a monastery a long time ago and now is a hotel. Our check-in was smooth. Eric was great. Overall the service was excellent through-out. Call out to Eric, Francesco and Andi at the front desk and to Kaashif and Arif for helping with the bags and the breakfast. The room itself was great. We had 2 adjoining rooms- 125 and 126. Ground floor. Decent room size with a decent bathroom. Most importantly this one had a hand washer (what we call as a shataaf in the UAE) next to the WC- loved that. The hotel also has an atrium garden - beautiful to sit in and have a coffee. The one thing you want to aware off is that if you park your car in Marive the boats for the mainland leave at specific times and you might have to wait. And the walk to the hotel is long and with multiple bridges to climb up and down- and if you are with bags.... Highly recommended. The hotel.

I could not say more fantastic things about this hotel. It is absolutely exceptional! We arrived at Santa Lucia train station from Milan and chose to walk with our luggage, which only took 15 mins. You can also take the ACTV ferry boat to San Alvise and walk ~5 minutes to the hotel from there. Super convenient for traveling! Another note about the location: this part of Canareggio is so quiet and perfect for being within walking distance to busier areas without being in the middle of the bustle. Canareggio is more residential as well so we were happy to walk around and find more local restaurants & shops rather than ones that cater to tourists. It was a great way to feel like we were learning more about the area itself and not the stereotype or caricature of Venice. The hotel building is an old monastery and has a gorgeous courtyard to sit outside and enjoy the stillness any time of day. Our room was incredible, with a loft bedroom up top and then plenty of room downstairs to spread out. Such a great way to end our trip after staying in smaller accommodations in other cities where it felt like our suitcases took up half the room! Andi at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. When we checked in he offered us a map and even gave us some restaurant recommendations as well as tips on how to travel to spots such as Murano if we wanted to go see the glassmaking. I highly recommend a stay here. Enjoy the delicious breakfast spread in the morning before heading outside for your walk around the city. And if you’re here in the summer, enjoy the hotel’s wonderful air conditioning!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Eurostars Cannaregio. The location is excellent—quiet and charming, yet very central, with easy access to all the main attractions. Arriving from Venice Airport by water taxi is quick and convenient, making the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel is beautiful and features a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the beds were great, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. The elevator is mainly for luggage, but that’s quite common in historic Italian buildings and was not an issue at all. We traveled as 2 adults and 2 children under 12, and everything was perfect. Venice is an amazing city, and this hotel made our experience even better. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!
