This hotel is a real gem, lovely pool, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. Location is quiet and within 15mins walk of main shopping eating area and boats to Venice. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a peaceful oasis outside the bustle of Venice but within easy reach of all the main sights. The 11 Bus to Chioggia is a great day out.
Amazing small hotel. Perfect for families with kids. The pool is heated and well designed to allow play time for kids and relaxing for adults. Excellent breakfast. The furniture is oldish and getting to Venice is doable but it gets old really quick if you do it often. I would definitely come back though. For relaxing vacation with excursions to Venice and other islands it's perfect.
Friendly staff and service. Well kept garden and clean pool area. The pool was good size and clean but the Jets weren't working for the pool water lounge area and the hot tub was cold. Room was quite dated with caved in beds and rusted towel bar. AC was not working in the bedroom. There is beach cross the street but it is private beach and we were not allowed in. Free beach is 1km away. However, I was told you can walk in when the security guy is not there. No stores or restaurants in immediate vicinity. It was about 10-15 min walk and they do not have water or other refreshments in the room for the guests.
The location is wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful - no wishes left unfulfilled. The apartment was very well laid out, 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace that is not visible from the outside. Individual houses are spaced out, in the middle there is a swimming pool as well as well-kept green areas and even a small pond with water lilies. Furthermore, local amenities, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. All in all, great! We will gladly come back again.
Lido is nice and peaceful and the hotel pool is great for relaxing away from the crowds at the end of the day. Beach close too for those interested or with kids. Rooms had good space for a family and small kitchen area and terrace. But everything just felt old and we had issues with AC which made our stay really unpleasant sleeping as we visited in summer. Getting from the airport with bags and into Venice for sightseeing just proved a bit more effort than we anticipated too so make sure you consider what you want before booking.
