Our room in the back, top of the hotel looked like a converted attic. The room was large but had strange small windows looking at apartments across the street. The bathroom was very dark and had no fixed shower head above the bathtub. It is very much in need of renovation. You are not allowed to control the temperature in your own room. The breakfast buffet was very good!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location is nice and close to the train station, which makes arrival and departure very easy. It is also very close to the main transport throughout Venice - which was great! The hotel breakfast had plenty of options including hot and cold options and decent coffee. The hotel restaurant was also very good. Things to note: There is no onsite laundry - we used a laundromat that was ~ 5 min walk away which was a good alternative. There are no in room ironing facilities which was disappointing. Our room was nice and spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Our room was upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was a very pleasant surprise and made our stay even more special. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the balcony overlooking the Venice canal, which created a beautiful and authentic atmosphere, especially during the morning and evening. Breakfast was included and offered as an open buffet with a wide variety of options. There was plenty to choose from and we were satisfied with both the quality and selection. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They were always willing to help and made us feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

I wouldn’t say that this hotel is a 4 star. They definitely catfish the hotel. Our room had this extremely musty smell, it made me genuinely want to throw up every time I went in, but we only stayed for two days so we didn’t change it. The tap in the bathroom was also weird, the tap would just turn off, not great when you are trying to wash your face or bruh your teeth. The layout of the hotel was weird too, and really hard when you have luggage. The best way that I can describe it was like a maze. There were also a lot of dead squashed flies on the ceiling and walls.The staff and breakfast service was really good though and they were very nice and hospitable, the room and actually getting to it was just not a great experience.
