I wasn’t allowed to leave my suitcase in the lobby after checking out while waiting for my taxi, which was arriving in five minutes. The reason given was that if everyone checked out, all the luggage would block the area. So what exactly was I supposed to do to get my things out of the hotel without put it in the lobby — throw my suitcase out of the room onto the street? It's not even for 10 mins. Now I understand why there are horseshoe signs everywhere. I guess I’m not the first person to get mad there.

Close to the highway. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast had a good selection. There were a lot of guests and that's why it was quite noisy at night and during breakfast. And the hair dryer wasn't working properly

Not safe to stay! Our car got broken into and all luggage got stolen! They are breaking into cars daily and stealing in front of hotel and surrounding shops. The police and locals know about it, it is happening during a daytime and nobody is doing anything about it.

Upon arrival at the hotel and entering our booked room, we immediately noticed how stuffy it was. Naturally, I tried to turn on the ventilation and air conditioning, but neither of them worked. We immediately complained to the reception, and they told us to open the window. After two sleepless nights—since it's 30 degrees Celsius outside—we complained again. This time, the reception told us they could move us to a room on a lower floor where it might be less hot, but also informed us that they do not turn on the air conditioning or ventilation at all in their hotel. The rooms are average, and the staff is incapable of helping with anything. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Also, you can't go out on the balcony—they are locked "for your safety." It's a disgrace to pay for a 4-star hotel during your vacation and instead of relaxing and enjoying yourself, you're sweating and uncomfortable the whole time. It's impossible to sleep—it feels like we're in the last century.
