We are the Korean couple who arrived at the hotel late on the night of September 27th.
To be honest, we were in quite a stressful situation that night due to a booking agency’s mistake. However, thanks to your professional and kind assistance, we were able to spend a wonderful night in a place as charming as a historic residence.
Without your professionalism and kindness, our experience in Venice would not have been a pleasant one. Although it was only a brief two-day, one-night stay, your exceptional dedication made Venice all the more beautiful until the very moment we departed.

Great hotel! The staff were very friendly. It's a bit far from San Marco, but that also means fewer tourists, allowing us to relax, enjoy drinks, and savor the sunset. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful. A hotel worth staying at again.
We have traveled around the world and I can tell you the hospitality we received at this beautiful hotel from everyone including front desk staffs and restaurant was by far the best. People here really make you feel welcomed and I can tell they really mean it. The room was also very clean and spotless with excellent amenities. We stayed here in Venice for 3 nights and it really made our first visit in Italy memorable. Grazie!!
Wonderfull time day 2 and 3 Our stay at Ca' Bonfadini Historic Experience was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had a perfect stay. The 16th-century palazzo offers a deeply romantic and magical experience right on the Cannaregio canal. Another massive highlight was the food—the good continental, bespoke breakfasts were beautifully presented, high-quality, and the absolute perfect way to start our days of exploring Venice. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be back
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ca’ Bonfadini while celebrating our 40th birthdays in Venice. The hotel is stunning, elegant and perfectly located in a peaceful part of the city, yet within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. We were touched to find a handwritten birthday card, complimentary champagne waiting in our suite and were even treated to a complimentary private water taxi transfer to Murano for a glass making experience. Our upgraded suite was luxurious, spacious and truly special. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel incredibly well looked after throughout our stay. We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ca’ Bonfadini to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in Venice.
