Disappointing stay despite the good location The location was very good, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was that there was no elevator and around 50 stairs to reach the room. This is a major issue when traveling with luggage, and we were not informed about it when we booked. When we arrived, there was also no one available to help us carry our luggage upstairs, which made check-in very difficult. Another major problem was the air conditioning, which was not working, making the room uncomfortable. The location is definitely the best part of this property, and at one point a staff member did help us with our belongings, which we appreciated. However, for a hotel/accommodation, important information like having no elevator and so many stairs should be clearly communicated to guests before arrival. Overall, considering the lack of elevator, the luggage situation, and the air conditioning not working, I would not choose to stay here again.

Our first time to Venice and hit it just right at this hotel! Excellent location, comfy beds, good AC, felt safe and out of the hustle and bustle but not far from it either. Used the giant window shutters to make the room dark for sleeping, would definitely stay here again!

This was by far one of the best family hotels we have ever stayed in. It's the experience of a hotel mixed with the space of an apartment. When traveling with kids, it was PERFECT. -The Location is amazing. SO central to everything. A 3 minute walk to the Rialto. And even though you are so central, it's tucked into a quiet street with not a lot of foot traffic. -The apartment was so clean and well maintained. It had everything we could have needed. And the AC works so wonderfully, especially for the August heat! -They left an array of food each day for breakfast which was wonderful! (Bread, butter, juice, milk, yogurt, cakes, cereal, etc). And there is a grocery store about 4 minutes away should you need anything else. -The toiletries were AMAZING, my husband LOVED them and wants to buy more from the local Venice Farmacy that makes them. -Checkin and Checkout was smooth and the staff was super friendly. I am so grateful that we came across this gem of a place when planning our trip and I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Venice, but especially for families. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back!!

Words cannot do justice to describe how perfect this hotel is. The unit was stunning with nice furniture. The place was clean, and beds were made and towels changed daily. The balcony view was so beautiful. Kitchen came with breakfast type snacks, bread, jam, nutella, etc. Location was very close to lots of good stores, restaurants, gelato shops, etc. And having laundry inside the unit made life so much easier. Even the customer service was amazing, and very responsive over WhatsApp. They also checked for a hat my son lost after we left, and let us know they couldn't find it. My whole family agreed that this was probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.
