Excellent hotel. Central location in Mestre. Close to the train station, which allowed us to quickly hop on a train and visit Venice. The staff was wonderful and the room was nice. Comfy bed and pillows, but the air conditioning was somewhat weak. Private parking lot behind the hotel allowed us to safely park without worry. Somehow, despite our proximity to the station, we didn't hear the trains across the street.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was clean, but the room was definitely not soundproof. The biggest problem was the layout: my bed was positioned directly against the wall shared with the toilet in the neighboring room. From bed, I could hear the toilet seat opening and closing and every flush next door. This happened clearly enough that it was distracting and not very relaxing. I realize this is largely an architectural issue rather than something the staff can fix, but it is worth knowing if you are sensitive to noise.
Unbeatable location—just a 2-minute walk from Venezia Mestre Station. Great value for money and very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is neat and pleasant, and the staff is friendly. There's an Illy café in the lobby. Highly recommend the espresso! It was so much better than staying on the noisy and expensive main island. Highly recommended!
Its location is unbeatable just steps away from the Mestre train station. This making it incredibly convenient for a family with luggage and different generations traveling together. We were genuinely impressed by the room size, which is quite generous for this region. The space was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, providing a comfortable and relaxing sanctuary for our group after a long day of sightseeing. The service here is efficient and strictly. The check-in was fast, and the staff was professional. While the hospitality style leans more toward a standardized approach rather than a warm, it is reliable-you get exactly what you booked without any surprises. The breakfast spread was a highlight, offering a wide range of quality options to suit everyone. A special mention goes to the coffee machine. It serves a truly excellent brew that was the perfect start to our mornings. One thing to note for international travelers is that the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water in the room or a water dispenser in lobby. While the staff suggests tap water as an option, we preferred to buy our own supplies at the nearby station. Given the premium price point during peak seasons, it’s a small detail worth knowing beforehand so you can prepare accordingly. Overall, A solid 4-star experience for those who prioritize location, space, and a well-organized stay.
This hotel was a very good option to stay in Mestre (Venice area), their front desk staff is one of the best trained we found in 4 cities in Italy! They truly show that they care about their guests and try to make you feel welcome and cared for. All of the receptionists are multilingual, kind, courteous and genuinely efficient. The rooms are very good; the beds are very comfortable and the room quiet as well. They have their own restaurant and offer a variety of options for dining and for drinking. If you prefer to eat out, you can find several possibilities just in that same block. The train station Venezia-Mestre is right across from the hotel, and you can arrive in central Venice (the island) in only 12 to 15 minutes, the tickets are only about 1.50 Euro! I recommend this hotel very highly! :)
