Unhelpful. Rude! They claim to have secured parking. Booked, paid, arrived at the checkin and a very bored lady claimed no parking is available, i have to leave my car with all the bags in a public parking.... bad, very bad! Shame on you! Didnt event wanted to refund me

We stayed in transit of a long journey. The check in was smooth and fast. We had problems on entrance. This is the first which the card key to be scanned at the wall instead at the door knob. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. Unfortunately we were unable to control the room heat. The toilet was clean and hot water was available. Be careful with the floor of showers as it was slippery when wet.

We've been staying at this hotel for years, it never dissapoints! The breakfast is nice, the waitresses are amazing! However, the rooms could use an upgrade, the electrical outlet beside the bed didn't work... Overall pleasant experience and will come back again 👍🏼
