Antichi Giardini Apartments

We stay d with our children 14 and 6 in a 130m2 rooftop appartement. Super convenient, clean, modern and comfortable. There are the samm things, which make a difference like coffee for Italian espresso, tea bags and powdsr for the dishwasher. It is a quiet area but within some steps you can enjoy nightlive and scientic quarters. Walk to San Marco is about 40 minutes. I can only recommend this location

I booked 2 units in this apartment for my group of 7 during our visit in Venice and we were very satisfied with our stay! The units were very clean and modern. It's in a quiet area, away from the crowd, so you can enjoy a very pleasant stroll towards the attractions. I would definitely look to book this place again if I ever return to Venice!

The property is very expensive for what you get. We arrived to find the bathroom was filthy including toilet and shower from previous guests. The floor by front door had hair and dirt on the floor. Requested a cleaner but the owner was unable to do so until the next day. Cleaner came and all they did was clean the sink from where we had used it, we gave up at that point and cleaned bathroom ourselves. Beds were old, squeaky and uncomfortable. Do not recommend. Find somewhere else more value for money, not the ridiculous price we paid for what we got.

My first impression of the room was that I felt I've walked into a newly furnished apartment. They had most of the kitchenware available too if you want to cook yourself. Washing machine for clothes was available too. Since it's Venice you're supposed to walk everywhere so I can't really say it's the city centre or anything but it's located near Jewish ghetto, most happening area of the night. So you feel safe walking even when it's late in the area. Worth the stay and money.
