Driver was very knowledgeable, used translator at times because he did not speak any English and talked entire trip. Scenic Drive.

Driver, JCarlos was great. Arrived early, communicated well, and provided great commentary during the trip.

Juan Carlos again did a great job of getting us from Valparaiso to Santiago. He was also helpful in helping us find the best way to get to and from the airport from our hotel. The fog was very very thick when we left Valparaiso and he did a great job navigating through it safely even the the visibility was extremely poor. I would be happy to get long distance transportation from him anytime.

The pick up at the port of Valparaiso was easy. Our driver kept in contact with us via WhatsApp, a great tool when traveling internationally.

Our driver Juan Carlos was not only a great driver with an immaculate car, but a really lovely young man. He pointed out points of interest along the way and gave us lots of information about Santiago. He played some great music - hard not to sing along! It was a great introduction to Santiago, the last stop of our South American adventures.

Juan Carlos was prompt, informative, pleasant, helpful, but knew when to let us take in the scenery on our hour and a half trip. Definitely would recommend this driver. Immaculate car, safe driver.

J Carlos, the driver, was on time at the cruise terminal as arranged in advance. He was a great driver and shared with us information about Chile and Santiago along the way. As it was our first visit to Santiago he was kind enough to share links for places to see and restaurants. We followed his advice for a restaurant and had a great meal. The service was great and we appreciated all the information and assistance.

We (six seniors, two of whom were handicapped, plus luggage) had a confirmed pickup at the Valparaiso Cruise Terminal at 9:00 am. MTO emailed their confirmation, providing a number to call if there was a problem. We waited 1-1/2 hours; they never showed. I left phone and WhatsApp messages; they never called back and the driver never called. We had to arrange other transportation. Then almost three hours after our confirmed pickup time, their driver texted to say he just arrived at the terminal and was waiting for us. Never again, MTO Tours!

The driver never showed up. We had to pay a taxi to drive us to Santiago. I definitely expect a full refund from Viator. This was the second time in this trip where Viator’s driver did not show up, I will NEVER use this company again.

Ship was 7 hours late getting in to Valparaiso but Felipe waited patiently and took us to our hotel in Santiago. Car was clean and air conditioned which was apprehended on a hot Chilean day. He was much quicker and didn’t cost as much as the cruise line bud.

The driver met us as we exited the port building and helped get our luggage into the car so we could leave quickly. He was a very safe and efficient driver. Great experience.

Transportation services is great from Viator. The driver is helpful and on time. The communication is clear.

We were stressed since we couldn’t hear from them when we left cruise ship. Communication was tough on board. Finally about 15-20 minutes after arranged pick up, they communicated that the person had vehicle trouble or the road was too busy. It was about 1 hour later that they picked us up. I think it was a different driver who was a very good driver. My only problem was that it took so long to let us know. We are understanding that there could be a problem, but just tell us so we can have a cafe or something and not wait worried we are at the wrong exit, etc.

Driver was late, no English-speaking driver, as advertised, no air-conditioning in van, as advertised (really poor in summertime). Barely had room for bags (after sending multiple notes to verify). Barely fit 5 passengers. Call this false advertising!!!!!!

I was quite happy to see our driver in Valapariso, Chile with his sign with my name on it. It was crowded in the port where the ship docked. I’m glad I’d prearranged transportation to Santiago. Our driver was friendly and punctual. No complaints!

We were to be picked up at 8:30 am. Unfortunately there was a car issue that was not revealed to us until 2 hours after our pick up time. I had to continue to contact your company via WhatsApp for updates as the driver was not communicating. Traffic and mobile coverage made that difficult, but that also was not communicated until after waiting for 2 hours. Due to the delay we had limited time in Santiago to see any sights. Grateful that our flight left later in the evening so we were not rushed when we finally arrived in Santiago.

Booked this from the UK and was worried that there would be a problem since was looking for transfer from Valparaiso port to Santiago at a time which may have varied. But excellent communication and driver waiting as we disembarked ship and super quick time to airport. Excellent service

Driver was on-time. Couldn't speak much English but it didn't matter, we found ways to work-around it on our drive to Santiago.

Our driver was 15 minutes early and delivered us to our Hotel in Santiago on time. Communication on booking was excellent and I would highly recommend the service

Our driver was there to meet us right after we gathered our luggage. He was holding a sign up with ou name on it. He was very polite and friendly. Couldn't have worked out better!
