Fabulous Day!!! The guide was excellent. He knows every house in Valparaiso and the wonderful street art. We worked our way down to the boat where we enjoyed the scenic coastline. At Vin Y Mar we stopped for lunch at an excellent seafood restaurant. Lunch is extra.

Good tour. Nice lunch overlooking the beach. Pablo great guide. Was under the impression that the boat trip was included in the price, we had to pay extra for this !! That really was the only downside

This tour is a great value for those who want to go visit the Valparaíso area and be back before sundown. Pablo is a fun and laid back guide. It was interesting watching him have to manage the tour while having to explain things in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. A few things to note: The bus was extremely tight. I'm 6 feet (182 cm) tall and I could not fit in the seats as my knees were pressed up against the seat in front of me. There are only 3 seats in the bus where a taller person can sit so make sure to get those if you can. Next, we (just two of us) felt a bit guilty holding up the tour for Pablo to explain things in English after already having to explain things in Spanish and Portuguese. Maybe they should make tours two languages maximum. Lastly, the restaurant they stop at for lunch is fantastic. I usually am weary of restaurants with lots of groups and tourists but the food and drink absolutely delivered a great experience.

They never showed up to the meeting place. We woke up at 5:00 in the morning, took an uber to the meeting place, and nobody was there. I had no response when I text them via WhatsApp.

We did three tours with We Love: Valle Nevado full day; Undurraga Winery and Valparaíso and Viña del Mar. We love the experience of the tours with the We Love team!!! Everyone was very attentive and concerned about telling us the history of the places and the care we should take in each location. I highly recommend the company

The company is punctual and reliable, but I would not recommend Valparaiso. Biggest hype for graffiti and City of Arts, but the graffiti and paintings in general are quite weak.. Vina del Mar is very worth it, but only to have lunch (very good restaurant).

It was a very pleasant trip through Valparaiso and Viña del Mar. Walking through the streets with the guide made all the difference.

We did two tours with Matias, to Valparaíso and to the Snow Lounge, and it was great! He was super attentive, helpful, and caring during the two tours, in addition to speaking Portuguese very well, which made communication much easier. He was very nice, punctual, and gave us several interesting pieces of information about the places. The tours were wonderful and made our experience in Chile even more special. The trip was super cool! Punctuality, and care during the transfer, the driver Pablo was very responsible! The visit was super well guided, very outgoing and lively, the guide Robinson is a fantastic person! Knows every detail of the place, best tips during the tour, charismatic, lively, and flexible in group decisions! It was a wonderful experience! I super recommend We love. They're committed, super punctual. All the time is in contact with customers via WhatsApp, talking about schedules and coordinates for the tours. In my case the place I stayed in Providence, was not part of the route, but they made themselves available to pick us up in our lodging. That was of great importance. Not to mention the wonderful guides, giving all the support, especially the guide Florence, Flor, a polite, intelligent and attentive person with customers.
