Enjoy Santiago - Hotel Del Valle

I went a couple of years ago, and it was wonderful. We went this past weekend, October 17th, and honestly, the hotel is terrible. It's not worth the price. There's no hot water in the room, the shower is broken, the curtains are worn, there's no mini-fridge, and the bathroom smells awful. The pool is poorly maintained, and the handrail to get into the pool is loose; if you lean on it too much, you risk falling. The breakfast, included in the price, was dreadful—no variety, and cold. We were expecting a weekend worthy of a 5-star hotel, but it wasn't like that at all.

⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Enjoy Los Andes and, as regular guests, we expected a good experience, but unfortunately, this time we left quite disappointed. At the pool, they offered cocktails from the menu, and my husband ordered a pisco sour. However, what he was served was more like a caipirinha with ice than a pisco sour. For the price they charge, over $9,000 including tip, we expected much better. The price seemed excessive for what we received. Furthermore, we now find that the hot tubs, which used to be part of the experience, are also charged separately. Frankly, one expects certain services to be included in the stay, especially as regular guests. And to top it all off, they gave us a room where, at midnight, we could hear music and a lot of noise from outside the hotel. As guests, we expect to be able to rest peacefully, especially at this hour. Honestly, this experience makes us hesitant to return. We hope you can improve these aspects, because a hotel of this caliber should prioritize both the quality of its services and the comfort of its guests. We hope you take this feedback into account and can offer an experience more in line with what one expects from Enjoy. ⭐️⭐️

I took the spa day with a friend and it was totally worth it. It included buffet lunch and everything was delicious! The spa facilities are awesome! I totally recommend it.
