John was very accommodating when we arrived at 12:50AM and called to let him know we landed. He informed that our driver (Simon) was already at the airport and where he was waiting for us. We ended up with lost baggage and were delayed completing paperwork and Simon waited nearly an hour for us to come out of baggage claim area. We were so apologetic but he understood our dilemma and was very kind. He offered suggestions to us during the drive and shared a little Malta history/culture. It made a challenging start to our trip a little bit more pleasant.

Talking about nearby attractions as we drove past them. The driver was very friendly and polite. He offered us a great deal of advice and information about sights.

I booked this supposedly very nice car to get us from the airport to the hotel. Despite waiting at least 25 minutes after getting our luggage, and despite repeated phone calls to the provider who repeatedly assured me that the driver was at the airport, no one showed up. We stood where the provider told us to stand to wait for the driver but no luck. Do not use this service. We ended up getting a cab and I will contest any effort by this provider to charge me.

Driver was waiting us on time. Nice driving. Helpful with our bags. Everything on schedule. He gave us Also directions how to go on foot to our hotel since he was not able to take us exactly outside to it.

Booked through Booking.com for both a transfer from airport to apartment in Mellieha and for the return journey. Both drivers were punctual, polite, friendly, and very professional. We will definitely use this company again.

Very rude and disrespectful. Didn’t greet us and didn’t help with our bags to the car or to put our bags in the car. Left our bags in the middle of the street. Please do not use the company. You will be left feeling violated.

EasyJet transfer from and to Luqa airport I don’t know what transfer company you used but it was absolutely awful. To start our suitcases we’re flung in the back of his minibus while he was muttering something in Maltese and the journey to the hotel was awful. He drove like he had constant roadrage and all 12 of us were flung all over the place. So surely it couldn’t be the same on the way back!!! Yep, different driver but same attitude and when we got to luqa airport the case were thrown out. Easy jet please re-assess your transfer company in Malta. I hope I don’t get my reoccurrence of whiplash.

The Driver arrived well on time and was proffessional, He helped with the Luggage. The Taxi Reservation was made through Booking.com , so the Communication with the Taxi company was excellent

Driver dropped us off at the wrong location, after flying for 12 hours. He said he couldn't drive us to our door because his van wouldn't fit down the street. This was complete nonsense. We got picked several times during the trip by every other BOLT driver no problem. Therewere 6 of us with luggage and one of our crew is handicap. We had no idea where we We going and it was approximately 9pm. So thankful the locals were friendly and helpful to point us in the correct direction. We had to walk about a half a mile to get to the correct location.

We booked transfers from/to airport and a driver for the day. We were very pleased with the vehicles and drivers. We would not hesitate to book again.

Never showed up for return journey ,after several phone calls to driver and office, they tell you driver will be there in 5 minutes, after half hour waiting and no show .you have phone another taxi company. Dont use this place

Avoid booking. Ripped off completely here. Was welcomed by an incredibly old and dirty car, old wrappers in doors etc. driver didn’t know how to turn ac on in the car. Even in covid times had to use that dirty car Contacted provider and no apology or further

Our flight was delayed by an hour and when we arrived in Malta the driver had gone. We phoned and John’s garage sent another vehicle after 1 hr. it was a smelly basic car not the luxury car we thought we would get ☹️

This company was such a great find! We were met at the airport as promised, by an extremely smart driver, his meet and greet board was very clear and concise. Escorted to an immaculate car and enjoyed a very comfortable trip to as close as he could get to our hotel ( which was in a pedestrianised district) . I booked the return journey direct with the driver. The car for our return was in fact 2 minutes early at our pick up point, once again driver extremely smart and a very well turned out car. Our driver was very informative on our journey but not in any way pushy. During our two journeys not once did either of us feel a jerk of the wheel or a stab of the brakes, quite a feat with the Maltese traffic! If you want great service and comfort please look no further

We flew into Luqa airport and our driver from "John's" was ready and waiting for us - hetook our cases and led us out to the car to take us to our hotel in St Paul's Bay. Likewise our return trip from the hotel to the airport a week later. In each case the driver spoke great English, was very chatty, a safe driver in a fairly new, comfortable and clean car with plenty of space. Prior to each journey we were contacted to cofirm arrangements. When we return we will definitely try to use this company again for the private transfers. A big thanks to "Team John's Garage"
