Half-day Private Guided Tour In Malta With Pick Up

Tour operator didn't show. Forgot or lost track of the booking. One positive is he initiated a refund immediately.

Wonderful experience. The combination of travel by vehicle, walking and boat gave the opportunity for everyone to participate and be immersed in Malta. The Blue Grotto was amazing. We visited an overlook of the Blue Grotto that allowed us to see the Hawks and Falcons up close. Our guide Chris and his driver went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience in Malta. I highly recommend this tour and Chris. Our group of 8 had an amazing time making lifetime memories!

5 stars for Mindo! First of all, I booked this experience in less than 12hours from start time, and Mindo (the owner) was at our hotel, on time. My friend and I, on the other hand, overslept, and I had to call Mindo and ask for extra time before we got started. He was completely understanding. The man is very knowledgable when it comes to the history of Malta. He provided us time to get a bite to eat, and suggested places to dine. He was also our personal photographer, and got us pictures at the main attractions. He is very personable and I'm glad we booked with Malta Holidays.

This tour was a great way to see the sites of Malta in just a few hours. Our guide was warm and friendly and very knowledgeable! Our driver was excellent! Would use this company again. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the van windows. But that does not stop us from giving the highest rating.

This is definitely a 10 out of 5! They arrived on time to pick us up. Our first driver Jason, had car trouble but he immediately had a replacement car and driver for us. Peter showed up and continued our tour. He showed us every corner of Malta. We feel in love with Malta. There is so much history and beauty in Malta and Peter was a phenomenal guide. He had a passion for Malta and so did we after our tour. It was by far our best tour, ever! We had the best day and that is all thanks to Peter and Jason.

Our guide, Martin, was extremely knowledgeable. We learned so much about the history of Malta, as well as the present. We were able to see so much in the city of Valletta, the Blue Grotto, and Mdina. It is truly a beautiful and unique country.

Oscar was a great guide in Malta, and Amy safely drove us all around the island! Oscar provided detailed history and interesting information about Malta, especially the 2 cities where we did walking tours, Mdina and Valletta. The ancient through modern architecture was amazing. Oscar introduced us to Kinnie soda when we stopped for a break. The highlight of the tour was the Harris Hawk experience with the local falconer. Thanks Oscar and Amy for a great day!

Our guide, Mindaugas, took us into St John’s cathedral & was able to explain how this cathedral differs from others. He described details we would have otherwise missed & answered all our questions.

Our tour guide, Mireille, was such a fun, vibrant, and knowledgeable young woman. She made the tour a pleasure. My family and I had a great time and learned so much about this beautiful country. She took excellent care of us and helped us get the most out of this experience. Thank you so much.

The tour was wonderful. Valletta was very interesting the Blue Grotto was absolutely gorgeous and definitely the highlight of the day!!!

We were very pleased with this tour. Since we had already seen the highlights of Old Velletta, we requested that our guide, Meriella (sp?) show us the high points of the rest of Malta. She surpasstiur expectations! Malta is a wonderful country, filled with many excellent sites and wonderful people. Mariella ensured that we enjoyed all of the sites, highly recommended.

This was a great tour, loved our guide and all the wonderful information provided. It was perfect to see lots of the highlights in a private set up.

We sent a message the day before our tour was scheduled on Easter Sunday asking if Mireille could arrange for us to see the Easter procession in Birgu where parishioners run through the streets with a larger-than-life statue of Jesus. She texted back immediately that she could make that happen. She picked us up the next morning at our BnB and got us into the sanctuary in time to see the beginning of the procession. She then found us a spot along the street where we were able to video the parishioners running with the statue. Her normal tour includes three sites other than Birgu. Once the procession ended, she asked us to choose two of her regular sites for the rest of our tour.

This is one of the best tours we have ever done - in any country! Our guide Walt was exceptional! His knowledge of the island - the stories, history and his profound insight to art and architecture were beyond! We highly recommend this tour - and Walt! Best vacation ever!
