⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly cannot recommend Get Cab Malta highly enough. I found them through Google before our trip and had never used them or had any connection with them before, so choosing a transfer company was a bit of a gamble — but I am so glad I chose them. We first used them for our transfer from Luqa Airport to our hotel. Rodrick was our driver and everything was incredibly easy from the start. He was easy to find at the airport, professional and friendly, and the whole transfer was completely straightforward. What has impressed me most, though, is the service since then. Communication has been brilliant. Whenever I have messaged, I have received a really quick response, and I have genuinely felt that they care about making sure everything is okay. Yesterday was the Santa Marija public holiday and festa celebrations were taking place across Malta. We really wanted to experience a traditional Maltese festa, so decided to go to Qrendi, which is quite a distance from where we are staying. I had left arranging transport until that morning — completely my own fault and something I really should have planned in advance on such a busy day! They initially told me they were fully booked, which I completely understood, but then contacted me again as soon as they had a cancellation. I wasn’t expecting that at all and was incredibly grateful. John was our driver for our Qrendi trips and he was fantastic. They managed to arrange exactly what we needed: taking us to Qrendi and back to our hotel during the day, then taking us back to Qrendi in the evening and collecting us again late that night. Four journeys on one of the busiest days, organised at very short notice, and every single journey was reliable and professional. What made the service particularly special was John’s local knowledge. We had originally arranged our final collection for 10pm, but John explained what would be happening locally during the festa and suggested changing the collection time so that we wouldn’t miss part of the experience. We followed his advice and I am so pleased we did. That kind of thoughtfulness goes far beyond simply getting somebody from A to B and meant we got to experience more of the celebrations. They also kept in contact, checked that everything was okay and, if needed, the driver would call me directly. Even when we were being collected at around 10:30pm, I felt completely confident that somebody would be there for us. Their prices have also been very reasonable and transparent. At no point have I felt that they were taking advantage of us as tourists or of the fact that we needed transport at short notice. As someone who had never used this company before arriving in Malta, the biggest compliment I can give them is that I now completely trust them. They have been reliable, professional, responsive and genuinely helpful, and I feel they have gone above and beyond for us. I would absolutely use Get Cab Malta again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy transfer or taxi company in Malta. Great service, the driver had messaged me before we had landed to tell us where to meet him and he was waiting when we got there. Cab was clean and the driver was polite. I also received a message after we were dropped to our hotel offering a return transfer. I contacted them on the day we were leaving to arrange a return and they replied immediately and again the driver was waiting for us at the agreed pick up time and got us to the airport in good time. The driver first showed up with a car that was too small to accommodate our family and our bands, as well as showed up with her small child and his car seat, which necessitated leaving him behind at the airport. She asked to arrange return transport privately for cash and then did not show up on time. We waited until agreed upon departure time (any driver would show up a few minutes early) and then we departed with alternate option. She then proceeded to send a profane text to me even after I told her that I was leaving with our family.
