It was a super fun experience. We were divided in on tables with other people. Tristan explained the wines as we tried them it. And ended up taking 2 bottles with us

We loved the wine tasting with Tristan! Tristan is very knowledgeable and experienced, and you can really tell how passionate he is about the wines he has carefully selected. He explains everything in a fun and approachable way, without making it feel too serious or complicated. The tasting is perfect whether you’re completely new to wine or already know a bit more and want to learn and taste something new. Tristan creates a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and well happily come back for another tasting :)

We sat around a table with other guests and everyone got chatting and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Tristan was knowledgable and engaging and made the whole experience really enjoyable. Entertaining and great value. Tristan shares his vast knowledge of wine making and wines through exploring labels from smaller wineries in Valencia and Spain. Generating an appreciation of the regionally specific grape varietals and a curiosity for local wines in his guests.

What an amazing experience with Tristan! I went solo and met some lovely new people as the tables had been organised based on language I believe, so I had plenty of people to speak to. The booking fee was fair and the session length was perfect, with extra time after the session had ended to drink and talk and socialise. The setting was perfectly central and easy to find. I received a tip from a Valencian friend that a Dutch sommelier organizes a wonderful wine experience in the old town. It was more than worth a try. We tasted beautiful wines with interesting stories, and the location was cozy as well.

The tasting consisted of 6 different wines, one bubbly, three whites and two reds along with some snacks.

Everything was amazing. Tristan and the others were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were so welcoming and arranged an amazing experience. I had a fantastic time and highly recommend.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely smile and glass of wine, shown to our seats. The whole tasting Tristan kept a great flow of the room more noisier tables got less attention to the tables wanting to listen. The food and wine was excellent, Tristan uses smaller local producers to keep things interesting. Thank you to Tristan and his team we had a lovely evening.

I went to Tristan's wine tasting as a birthday treat for my girlfriend and had an excellent time. Always a good sign when the 2 hours feels like it flies by! We enjoyed a really nice selection of 5 wines which were explained to us expertly by Tristan. The environment was very welcoming as we sat with other groups who were there for the experience and the tapas throughout were lovely. Will be looking out for another opportunity to join an event, thank you Tristan!

Excellent tasting of Spanish wines from multiple appellation. We tasted six wines and had some snacks (meat and cheese) served to complement the wine. Tristan was an amazing host and shared his extensive wine knowledge. The wines came from small producers and showcased the artistry of the winemaker.

Tristan is a great host. At his tasting you start with some general info on wine production, as well as the different wines of Spain. The best part is the tasting though. All the wines are from small boutique bodegas, not the standard wines you can find in the supermarket. The different tastest really give a glimpse of the richness of the Spanish wines. 100% recommendation

Last week I visited Tristan again for a wine tasting. In the past few years, I have already been there 4 or 5 times. Highly recommended. Tristan has incredible knowledge of (Spanish) wines, is always enthusiastic, manages to present surprising wines every time, especially from small houses, and makes every guest feel particularly welcome. Tasting a few fine wines between 18:00 and 20:00, followed by dinner on your own, makes for a top-notch evening in Valencia.

Ask what wines ae being tasted. The somilier was very good at providing what experiences you can expect from a particular wine. In all we tasted 1 Rose, 2 White wines and two red wines. It was a nice comfortable experience.

We were looking for a different Type of an activity and I saw this…looked fun and interesting so we booked it. We very much enjoyed Tristian. He’s charming, obviously knows a lot about wine. The wines were delicious…in fact we bought a bottle of 2 of them at end of event. There was NO pressure to do so which I liked. Even through we both enjoyed this…several things popped off to me that I do think he needs to rethink and change 1) even though I’m very outgoing and talked with the majority of the 9 other guests….a few arrived after us and I didn’t have a chance to chat with them. He introduced himself right off and then started with wines but since we were such a small group, I think he should have allowed time for each of us to introduce ourselves before we got started with wines. 2) the food was….NOT high end petit fours as described. A few pieces of a baguette, tiny bread with whipped ricotta and a small cheese plate at the end….isn’t enough. Not that we were looking for anything like a meal….something a bit more/heavier and different would be better. For $74 a person….it simply seemed lacking and should be improved upon. My friend and I had a lovely evening at Tristan’s wine tasting event. Everything was perfect - nice venue, amazing wines, interesting information about the wines, and then delicious tapas. He gave enough time in between for everyone to socialize with other people at the table. The event felt very well-planned and thought-out. Not too short, not too long, just enough information, just enough wine and food for a pre-dinner outing. I highly recommend!

Informative but felt like a sales pitch to buy wine. Snacks were very minimal compared to other venues. Over quickly host stood buy door waiting for us to leave… portions very small for the money. Venue impossible to communicate with.

Tristan really knows his wines, and really put thought into how each wine is better than the other. It's also nice to be able to connect with others really easily thanks to putting people at joined tables. This has been my second time and would recommend anyone with a love for wine to go!
