Because it’s a drive by tour in traffic things go by quickly. It’s also open air so depending on weather could be cold. It was however, awesome. Our guide looked very young but was very informative. He would show us pictures of events happening at night and gave us time to have bathroom breaks.
Our guide Samuele was the absolute best! He gave us lots of fun facts and useful information. We loved the tour and it made us all fall in love with Valencia. Highly recommend!
Great way to get a taste of Valencia We saw many of the sights which helped us over the following days to get our bearings
A really interesting and great way to see the city. Just 4 of us in the tuk tuk which meant it was really personal. We could park very quickly and easily as it’s so small. Jimmy our guide was fantastic. Been on so many city tours where the guides are just going through the motions. Not with Jimmy. A truly amazing guide. Saw lots of places that we could them choose to go or not go to later. Would highly recommend this tour.
Good value and full on experience and very informative guide👍
Awesome interesting amazing the best ever The driver was so knowledgeable with an amazing friendly personality He answers all the questions we asked he made the experience very interactive.
Excellent guide, trip etc. Directions as to place of pick up not correct at all, it was a further walk up the road, which was stressful not knowing where the right place was. Next to the towers would have been much better notice of place to meet.
The Guide was friendly and a safe driver. He spoke a lot of different languages and his English was good.
Fun! Informative! Really enjoyed the whole experience. Samual was a great tour guide, and you will enjoy it too.
Did a two hour tour with Jimmy, thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He was very informative and we had some free time to look at some of the stops. We realised that 6 nights is not enough to see and experience everything. Will come back.
Late night before the tour I receive notice Viator had an error and time was changed. Once we join the tour discover 2 people spoke German and we were in Spanish. I tried to find othe 2 pax in Spaniards English and we could not Guide was switching from one language to the other acknowledging he could not cover much for either. I’ve been using Vistor often and this was the worst for me. I felt badly for the guide and we still tipped. I don’t know how could be have avoided this. They told us we did not build exclusive Tuk tuk. The vehicle had 4 seats😞
Driver did not show up. Nobody would answer calls or texts. I do not recommend ths company!!!! Ruined our only day in Valencia. The company wouldn't even answer calls from Viator. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!
The guides were very knowledgeable and took time to talk about the city history and answers our questions. They made a few stops to provide more detailed information. It makes me want to go on more tuktuk tours in the future.
Excellent Tour with Jimmy would definitely recommend.
Knowledgable and friendly guide, great way to see the main parts of the city quickly when on a short visit. There were some hairy moments when on main roads and at junctions/roundabouts but maybe that’s just part of Valencian culture and driving!
Fantastic experience! We all had such a wonderful time and came away having learnt so much about the history of Valencia. The recommendations were fantastic, and there was plenty of laughter along the way too. A brilliant experience from start to finish. 1000% recommend if you’re in Valencia!
We booked the one hour tour which was enough because we only had limited time in Valencia. We had time to stop at a couple of markets and the main square to see the location of the Cathedral. Our driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the roads are quite noisy and busy so not all old town. TIP finding your meeting place. If you cross the bridge and the Serranos Towers are ahead of you, the Tuk Tuk is parked on the RIGHT of it.
These vehicles are electric our tour was canceled after waiting a half hr due to no vehicle available with enough battery power/life. Poor planning on the company’s part.
Great Tuk Tuk tour of Valencia with Vik . So good to see the city this way and even stopped for photos at the Arts and Science Park. Vik was great fun and very knowledgeable and kept us safe in the busy traffic !
11am tour. The guide (I'm sorry I forgot his name) was wonderful. He knew the city really well and provided great explanations for everything. He was funny and friendly. The tour itself was very interesting and makes me want to come back for a longer stay.
Great tour in Valencia. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially with children. Such a great way to explore!
Our guide Jimmy was amazing! He had a wonderful personality, gave a great tour and had so much passion with Valencia! Would 100% recommend!!! Thank you Jimmy for sharing your passion of your great city with us.
Francisco was the perfect tour guide for us. Lighthearted, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. We learned so much that we are considering visiting behind a cruise trip. Ask for Francisco, it’s worth it!
A great way to get a flavour of a place in a short time. The guide was knowledgeable, approachable and friendly however at times it was hard to hear him over the traffic and I felt it could have been slightly more interactive.
Nice way to see the city. Our driver was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were places to get out and take photos. Glad we booked!
This tour was an amazing compact way to see the highlights of Valencia. Our tour guide was equally as amazing in providing knowledgeable insight about the city as we went. Plenty of time at each stop to take pictures and take in the scenery. Highly recommended for anyone stopping in Valencia.
Jimmy was an excellent guide! We found the meeting place to be straightforward and we were quickly assigned to Jimmy, who gave us the option of guiding us in English or Spanish (or Italian if we wanted!). The tour lasted the full two hours and was an excellent way of seeing a broad swath of Barcelona, highlighting areas we wanted to see more of later. He made the tour engaging and clearly had strong local knowledge. He was also flexible. The tour typically stops at the Arts and Sciences center for a while to allow riders to get out and walk around the impressive buildings, but since we had just visited them the day before, he adjusted the stops to spend more time in other areas such as the historical district. I highly recommend both the company and Jimmy!
Sebastián was a wonderful guide! Very joyful and knowledgeable about the different parts of the city.
great way to get overall introduction to the entire city. guide was informative. I suggest 1st thing to do upon arrival, then go back and detail explore
We enjoyed our tour and your guide. A good way to see the city in a short amount of time. I would recommend anyone who is here for only a day.
Jimmy the tour guide was excellent. We enjoyed the tour very much. His knowledge of the city is superlative. He managed this multi age group very well
They accommodated a family of 6 in two Tuk Tuks but travelled close to each other. Both drivers fun, and welcomed questions. Even sang for us. Great way to see the old Town and outlying areas just outside old Town. Fun way to see the area.
Pros are lots of information about the city and life and culture. Our driver was too busy watching or talking to us so drivers behind us got a little heavy with the car horns. Cons, we only stopped twice. Once at the beach. It's nice but really it's more of a drive by than a stopping point. The second stop at the science museum campus is amazing, we were kinda made guilty to buy the local drink, after he received one. The audio speaker is terrible, over modulated and difficult to listen to. Your legs get numb sitting in tight seats. Otherwise a nice tour and hopefully you get a nice guide who doesn't come across like he had 4 espressos before hand.
Excellent 1 hr tour around Valencia...perfect as we were short on time and Tony our guide was excellent. He truely loves his city...and is very helful, friendly and knowledgable
You mostly get to see the traffic of Valencia and nothing of the historic centre. The manner of our guide was just quite forced and annoying
Excellent tour. Ideal time and our guide Georgio was very personable and engaging. He was happy to answer all our questions with good knowledge of the city. High recommend
No water Hard to hear driver Driver used profanity Driver was not professional Driver made a inappropriate joke Not a lot of information on tour Was chaotic
Great way to see València. Takes you around the city. You get to see the beach area. Very knowledgeable guide the arts & science part of València is amazing
Sebastian was a fantastic tour guide, and we enjoyed our tour immensely! I have an injured foot, so lots of walking would be impossible, and now we know which attractions we would like to return to see in this grand city! Great experience! Highly recommend
Amazing! Highly recommend. Our tour guide was awesome and we had a great time. The best way to see the city!
This was my second time booking and I had hoped this would be my go-to activity when I had guests visit. However on the day we planned to complete the tour there was flash flooding and our tour was cancelled. That’s not the issue, I was very happy to stay dry and make sure the drivers remained safe. I attempted to rebook the tour twice over the next week and was met with no replies. My friend then left Valencia and I requested a refund, as I did not receive the service I paid for on the day requested. I’ve been denied this refund and when I asked to escalate this I’ve been ignored. As I said had hoped to rebook these guys multiple times but I’ll be going with another option moving forward. Be warned if your tour can’t go ahead for whatever reason don’t leave the drivers as you won’t get a refund.
Ok tour. Was booked for 10 am tour, and only advised that it was cancelled at almost 10. Went on the 12 pm tour which started late, but our guide Georgio was good. Content was good, just a shambolic start. I've been on better tours
Very comprehensive, driver very knowledgeable, English not great but perfectly understandable and very pleasant. Took the time to explain details
We are waiting 30 min, the driver dont come. So we take a other tuktuk. Ist eas not possible to phone the driver. We send some massages about your account , but withoit sucsess. The driver ananswerd , but he dont say, when he will come. The cancel he tour , but the driver will give no refund. He answerd, the he tries to phon me, but that is not truth
Francesco was an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and loved that he spoke English and Spanish. He really took his time in explaining
Sebastian gave us a great tour of the city with interesting historical context. I highly recommend this as a way to get a good overview of Valencia- it's a good choice for a first day in town.
Look for the tuk tuk parked there’s no office or kiosk. It was a great tour! Giorgio was a great guide!
My wife and I had been in Valencia for two days and booked the Tuk Tuk tour for the third day. Thankfully we had one more day to explore the great areas we found on the tour. Our tour was excellent, great guide ( wish we knew his name …. 12:00 tour Thursday 30th April, he’s from Sicily ) , but he was super good and the couple of stop off really worked well. Cannot recommend tour highly enough. Absolutely brilliant !!!!! Bravo
Great way to see the city on our first day. Most amaze of howmsny places we saw. Very impressive and beautiful architecture. Our guide Tony was very enthusiastic and entertaining. We had a great time!
