Lots of food!! Really relaxed, great tour guide. We had a variety of food and drinks and all were excellent. I highly recommend.

Great tapas tour!!! We went as a group of 7 and were totally diverse. Our marvelous guide, Houley, made everyone feel welcomed and paid great attention to food restrictions (vegetarian). Also, we went to parts of the city that we normally wouldn’t have any idea about. Food was delicious! I recommend it to everyone - the value for money is also very good.

It was an interesting tour of food spots in Valencia. The group was really pleasant and Victor was a great host, helping everyone gel together. He had very good knowledge of the food and drink and some local history too. The meeting point was easy and convenient and we got to wander around the city. Thanks Victor.

I had a great time, however, the tour guide could be more informed and have a more conversational attitude to create a fun environment.

I really enjoyed the Tapas Crawl with Andre and our group went to 4 different Tapas restaurants and Andre even showed us some Roman Ruins below the basement of one of the restaurants! Andre speaks 8 languages and I enjoyed speaking with him about current events in the local area, too. It was a great evening.

Houley was wonderful. So informative and positive. This was an excellent trio with great vibes. I was very comfortable and had a great time as a solo traveler

We had a very enjoyable evening with Victor our guide . Meet up instructions were good . We went to 4 different restaurants and had an interesting array of tapas and drinks which Victor explained to us .

Guide was friendly and knowledgeable and joined the group also for the unofficial after drinks which lasted till 1 am. Good company with a variety of people on the tour. Oh, and the food and drinks were exceptional, as were the bars visited.

I will make it short and sweet. Our guide tour did an amazing job explaining each dish and also the area where we walked. The best part of the evening was the people who we met. As far as the food you must keep something in mind. For the most part the tapas are not your regular tapas that most restaurants serve ( patas bravas, gambas, pan con tomate). On this tour you will experience the local tapas and also from this region. If you or your significant other have a narrow palate my suggestion to you is to go out and enjoy a nice dinner that you like and you probably will end up paying less and be less disappointed.

Wonderful walk around Valencia experiencing many different types of tapas. Each with a beverage recommendation, although flexibility for those that desired something different. Generous portions … we were very satisfied by end of evening. Guide was informative about the culture of tapas.

We were part of a fun group that just clicked and connected. Fantine our guide was charming, smart and so knowledgeable on local cuisine.

Lots of food & nice wine but we really didn’t enjoy the fact we were offered a drink as part of the tour & then after we left we were told to go back & pay, we didn’t ask for the drink and ofcourse we paid but it annoyed us.

Great tour by Andres! He took us around 4 different spots around the city for various types of tapas and an accompanying drink. Price is a bit steep, but in the end I think worth it. Andres was very knowledgeable and open to any questions. My group contained a bit more people outside my age range, despite hoping to meet more solo travellers. But nonetheless, Andres managed to create a cohesive group atmosphere.

We joined the food tour in Valencia last night, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We visited four different venues, each offering delicious food and drinks, with a great variety of flavours and styles. It was a wonderful mix of places that we probably wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Our guide, Victor, was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about Valencia’s food and culture. He made everyone feel welcome and created a really relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere throughout the evening. One of the best parts of the tour was meeting some lovely people. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed on for more drinks after the tour had finished, even after Victor had left. I would highly recommend this tour to solo travellers, couples, families, and groups of friends. It has been the absolute highlight of my holiday in Valencia, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.

The food stops were good and we tasted authentic food. It would have been great to get more of the city history while walking place to place.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting, the food choices were unique, authentic and tasty. Good drink pairings too. Met a lovely bunch of people who were also on the tour and we had a generally great time!

We booked this tour for my families trip to Valencia. We are very glad we did. Max, our tour host was fantastic and the places we visited were exactly the type of restaurants we wanted to discover, authentic and not the normal place we would have chosen. Every restaurant we visited the food was lovely. You get a lot of food but some of the drinks were quite small. We had a great group with us which made it all the better. I would definitely recommend but the price I think is on the high side.

What an awesome evening! We met up with our guide Fatine. The instructions were clear and we found the group easily. Fatine led us around for a delicious and informative walk around Valencia and we tasted yummy tapas and beverages from several different locations. We spent a lovely evening with Tatiana, the tour was superb. We went to 4 different tapas eateries trying everything from croquettas to sepia and albondigas. We were shown in two venues historic private rooms that a tourist wouldn’t normally get to see. Tatiana was extremely knowledgable and when walking between venues would stop to explain about particular buildings which was really interesting. All the food was amazing and it was good to try out vermouth and wine made from oranges. We would highly recommend this experience, it was a great way to spend the evening.

Had a wonderful time on the tour! The food was all really great, and there was a lot of it - really good value for money!! We ended up going back to a couple of the stops later in our trip. Victor was an amazing guide, he also gave us some extra recommendations of things to do in Valencia - we went to the art gallery and Horchateria he recommended and both were great. Would definitely recommend :)

Great evening, fabulous food (and plenty of it) - our tour had quite a lot of fish options, and my husband does not eat fish - however at the two restaurants where fish was on the menu, they were happy to offer an alternative. Andrea was a great guide, friendly and easy to talk to.

Such a good evening. Our guide, Andrea, was friendly and engaging. We visited four restaurants on the tour and it was interesting to learn about the origins of the dishes and wines at each one. The tapas selections were excellent and the wines equally as good. There were nine of us in the group and we all got on well which made it a really fun and pleasant way to spend an evening. I'd definitely book a food tour again.

This tour was by far one of the best food experiences. I booked it not knowing exactly how it would go. Hoping for a true locals insider opinion of great Valencian foods and it did not disappoint. We didn’t want the “tourists” idea of good food and thank goodness it wasn’t that. Tatiana did an amazing job giving us a personalized tour of her favorites. Even places she goes constantly with her husband weekly, which I can appreciate. Thank you for a one of a kind experience!

We had a wonderful time on the food tour, visiting 4 very different venues and tasting around 12 different tapas dishes with wine/drinks. Our host, Jack, was great fun, sharing life and customs in Valencia . We would certainly recommend the tour, and would use Food Lover tours again in the future.
