Our group of 16 made three different paellas and we had a FANTASTIC time! All three paella (two seafood and one vegetarian) tasted wonderful! Niko and his coworkers were VERY friendly, personable, informative and incredibly patient. We highly recommend your group go to My First Paella for a great night out.

What a great way to spend three-and-a half hours. Entertaining and informative from beginning to end - from touring the market to eating the paella. The workshop is very hands-on. At each stage of the process, participants are invited to do a task, but there is no pressure to do so. The leaders of the workshop are very good at what they do and obviously enjoy explaining the whys and wherefores of each step. Would do it again.

The whole experience was loads of fun. Market tour, drinking sangria and making paella. Everyone was included and got involved. Plenty to eat and drink. Great value for money and had a great time.

The whole MyFirstPaella team works really well together, is incredibly friendly and makes everyone there feel part of a really fun workshop. What’s more, there’s plenty of time for a bit of fun, they serve delicious tapas and there’s plenty of sangria to go round. A brilliant experience!

Excellent cooking class where you learn what ingredients to buy at the market and the how to cook paella. It was very educational to learn how the seasonings and the foods are used. Also sangria and jamon, cheese and potato tapa are served while you are cooking. Also water is available. The chefs speak English very well and were very friendly. Dont hesitate and book this class.

A good learning experience about Paella cooking and local customs. A fun time with a mixed group of people. A tasty meal at the end with generous alcoholic and soft drinks.

This class was a great experience, the instructors were friendly and very informative. The tapas were delicious and plenty of alcohol for all. The paella cooking was good fun and all class members were involved. I would highly recommend this class for anyone wishing to learn to cook paella in a fun way.

12/10 would recommend this experience. I came with my mom and a family friend and we met many new friends in our cooking group (there were 14 of us, so we got split into equal groups with 4-5 people per paella which made so we each could contribute and cook without being overwhelmed). The guides were amazing, the Russafa market tour was lovely, the tapas and sangria before the workshop was delicious, the cooking class was informative and fun, and we ended up with a fantastic paella (plus some extra dessert and drinks)! It's definitely worth the time and money. If you are looking for a fun, chill experience that supports locals, this is a great choice.

i think this experience was absolutely inspiring and amazing. they gave us starting drinks and also desserts (idk if it was apart of the package) but everything was so well planned and deliciously made. they included everybody and gave the chance for everybody to be apart of the cooking and preparing. i would highly recommend this to tourists visiting valencia to have fun and learn more about the spanish food culture

This was our favorite experience in Valencia! Chris was an amazing chef, teacher and drink master. Our whole extended family got involved and everyone had a terrific time and ate very well. A can’t miss activity!
