Excellent tour. Not just nice Talks. Scientifically based, well structured. The orxata tasting part is amazing as well: variety of flavours and textures. Antxon is the perfect host and for sure he knows many more facts, details and anecdotes than what he explains. Actually we could have spend the whole day there. The vegan milker is fantastic too. Highly recommended.

I tried Orxata in Barcelona and wanted to learn about this drink and tiger nuts. Mon ORXATA was perfect and provided this tour that I could participate. The so much facinating history, production and tasting 2 types of orxata (with and without sugar) were by far the best I have tasted and learned to drink fresh unpasteurised one if we can. The harvest time seems in October and so wonderful to see the fields of tiger nuts around. I will come back and will try making it as I learned. Muchísimas gracias ❤️🙏🏻
Very interesting! I loved learning about the history of, cultivation, and manufacturing of horchata. It was my first taste of horchata and it was very good! The chufas (tiger nuts) from which horchata is made were also really good!
Amazing products and we are so excited with drink and the orxata seeds. We love it !
The tour definitely worths the money! The history, origin, researches of the tigernut is super detailed and interesting. We went with the one hour tour and it was fabulous. The tour guide is also really friendly and enthusiastic about their product! If we have a chance, we would definitely do it again!
Een geschiedenisles over de tijgernoot (chufa). De smaak was best wel lekker. Nog wat leuks meegekregen en een fles likeur gekocht. Heel leuke ervaring en de gids was enthousiast en vertelde ook in het Engels. Top.
We have enjoyed the tour a lot! Esther explained everything to us brilliantly and it was super interesting! I think it is a highly recommended experience for anyone, whether for people from Valencia or from outside. Personally, I was not a big fan of horchata and I left being one. The tasting was phenomenal, the horchata was very good.
The tour was wonderful, Esther the guide was a marvel, she explained everything to us brilliantly. I was a horchata maker when I was young and I remembered old times. It is very much worth it. 100% recommended.
I liked it a lot, the history of the drink is very interesting.
Everything perfect, a very interesting experience and very good treatment from the guide.
The experience was beautiful; the guide explained everything to us in great detail. Everything was very nice and we liked the horchata a lot. Without a doubt, I recommend it.
It was a very rewarding experience, we learned about the origin of the tiger nut and tasted different horchatas.
Widać ogromną pasję do tradycji Valencii, lokalnych produktów i całej historii horchaty. Super opcja, żeby lepiej poznać coś naprawdę lokalnego i tradycyjnego. Idealny plan ze znajomymi albo rodziną. Bardzo polecamy i na pewno jeszcze wrócimy!
The tour has been excellent. The guides are very dedicated and explain everything clearly and engagingly. I will definitely do it again, thank you for this wonderful experience.
I tried their snooping in the city, and then I found out they were also giving tours, and I decided to go with my friends. It was a very interesting experience. I had the feeling that I was completely immersed in the history and culture of Valencia. Everything we were shown had a real story and the guide told us a very fascinating and interesting story. It's a great option for spending time with friends or family. And at the end, we were treated to a farthons grumpy, which was a beautiful conclusion of the tour 😊 Highly recommended!
I loved doing the tour, I highly recommend it.
Good morning, I want to share my experience after the visit to the new Món Orxata facility, which was simply magnificent. We loved discovering everything behind the chufa: its origins, its properties and the great future it has. It was a super interesting and very well conveyed explanation. Tasting was another level... I had never tasted a horchata as natural, fresh and authentic as there, accompanied by a few fartons / doughnuts. Esther, who made the visit even more special. Their closeness and way of explaining everything made the experience a very nice memory. A welcoming place, with a team of 10. Thank you to the whole team of Món Orxata for making us enjoy such a special day. We'll be back for sure!
I went with my grandchildren on this Orxata tour. We were greeted by the splendid dinosaur from millions of years ago that was surrounded by chufa-like plants that survived their extinction. An initial view of the Alboraya orchard surrounding Valencia. In a pleasant way, they explained that primitive man fed on these plants. Even the Indians of North America. Surprising, it was to learn that Egyptians, Greeks, Romans, Arabs consumed it in different ways. My grandchildren loved it, with a tasting finale of horchatas and fartons (an elongated bun that gets wet).
We went with friends to the Món Orxata tour and loved it. A very authentic, close and different experience to know better the horchata, the chufa and the tradition of the Valencian orchard. The treatment was excellent, all explained very lovingly and very pleasantly. In addition, care is noted for the product, sustainability and work well done. Highly recommended to do in a group, have a nice time and discover something very ours. We would repeat without a doubt.
We did the orxata tour with the children and it was a fantastic experience, very authentic and different from other sightseeing in Valencia. It is not the typical “tourist” tour, but a real immersion in Valencian culture. The visit begins in the Alboraya orchard, they explain the cultivation of the chufa and everything behind this ancient tradition. Surprising to discover everything behind the horchata. Then they showed us the workman, where you see firsthand how the artisan horchata is made (nothing to do with the industrial) and you understand why it is such a special and delicate product, and they made a very visual and didactic tour through the history of the chufa and the horchata. the end with the tasting is spectacular, freshly made natural horchata and artisan fartons... just amazing! visit highly recommended for visitors and people here who want to rediscover the horchata from another perspective
