1-hour Segway Adventure: Medieval Valencia & Gardens

After several attempts to book with other shops, they refused to respond to my request to provide a bicycle and a Segway . The manager responded warmly and provided a bicycle and a Segway at a good price with a guide on the same day. Our tour guide Catrina was so nice and accommodated the tour to match the speed difference between the two bikes and took us so many nice pictures to make the tour a memorable experience.

It was our first time to get on a Segway. We had a great time to feel the wind in Valencia. One of my colleagues cannot walk a lot, so it was great to look around in Valencia without a lot of walking.

Family of 4 (with 2 boys aged 10y and 12y). We all enjoyed the Segway trip, it was easy to manover. The tour Simo was patient with us and very much engaging. It was Tue morning 10am we had this experience which was perfect as it wasn’t too busy.

It was my first time riding a Segway and it has been such a great experience. Our guide David, has given us a good tour around some important Valencia locations explaining us thoughtful but also fun facts about the city. I would recommend everyone to give it a chance!

The staff are lovely and very welcoming! We rode the scooters around the city and it was a fantastic way to cover a lot of ground in a few hours!

Clemencia was a fantastic guide with a passion for the area. She was full of interesting info about the buildings, history, culture and art scene of Valencia. She gave us some great tips for where to go and what to eat and drink while we’re here. Highly recommend.

Great ride. The guide was really good and explained all the works to ride nicely. I took the segway tour to the city of sciences so it was 2 hours. Good information and always trying to stay safe. This is not my first segway tour. I recommend them very much.

What a fun experience. Had never ridden a Segway before (neither had my wife) and our guide Seb was super good at explains what to do in a fun and safe way. He led us on an amazing trip to the City of Arts and Sciences and took many photos of us and delivered tons of super informative and cool facts about this amazing part of Valencia. Definitely recommend this guided tour. A++

Great Segway experience for me and my 2 kids which is something they wouldn’t have been old enough to do in the uk. We were met by a lovely young guy called Sebastian who showed us just how easy it was to operate the Segway and we were off within minutes to our tour of the park which is just meters away. Sebastian also took photos for us and sent them over later. Great little place and we even went back later and hired scooters too from them. Thank you for a lovely day!

After the introduction we went to the park, we had a great guide telling us about the bridges and the historie of Valencia, Great tour, recommend it to anyone. We did the tour with my daughters 12 and 13 years old and they loved it too!!!! thanks a lot.

We spent a perfect time on segways. After a short introduction we went on a safe and convenient route in the turia. Interesting Background information from our guide Eric. So we lernt after several trips to Valencia again new topics. It was our first time on segway, but definetely not the last Time. "¡Eric es el mejor guia del Mundo!"

The Segway trip was an amazing experience we did the music palace + gardens tour we drove through the Turia gardens it was really fun and the tour guide was really knowledgeable he told us a lot of interesting stories and the history of the gardens. customer service is also excellent because i didn't get the pictures they made, so I decided to mail them a month later if they could mail them to my and they replied within 5 minutes with our pictures.

We pre-booked the Palau de Musica tour with David a week ago, and had such great fun (our first time on Segways) that we booked another tour 2 days later with Boncelo/Buoncelo?, this time going the opposite way through Jardi de Turia. Both guides were excellent, giving us much information in a patient, friendly and fun manner and Segways are easy to get the hang of. If ever back in Valencia I'd love to do a longer tour next!

Thank you so much for this nice experience. Surprisingly, we had a private tour. We got good explanations and then could quietly explore the city and gardens in this way.

This tour was the best we have ever booked. The execution and especially the guide were just great. An experience that my grandson and I will never forget and would book again at any time. Very great tour, lots of information about the area and as I said, fantastic staff from start to finish.

The route along the old Turia riverbed has been very nice and Chelo was a great guide, he explained us very well the operation of the segway, as it was our first time, and provided us with very interesting historical information. We had a great time, the experience has been fantastic. We would certainly repeat.

Hats off to this company! Due to a lot of traffic we were initially late for our booked tour via getyourguide. Have then been in contact with the company and were given the option to book a private tour at a later date on the same day for a small extra fee of €10,-, top! During the tour we saw about 5 km of the park within 1 hour. A lot has been told in it so you get to know and experience the city just a little better! Highly recommended for anyone who does not have a lot of time and still wants to get some more information in a nice way about this part of the city.

With 3 teenagers this Segway tour done through the park. Our guide Eric did very well, he told a lot of fun facts about the park and the city. The children especially enjoyed driving on the Segways. You’ll get the hang of it because they’ll practice with you before you go out! Top in our Valencia weekend!

We had a great time with Eric, our French guide! He explained very well how to handle the segway, which is very intuitive and manageable, then showed us the gardens of the Turia, up to the palace of music, explaining the history of the city, anecdotes... very interesting to listen to! We also made some photo stops, which he then sends us by email, so it's great, we have nothing to worry about from start to finish. Thank you again for this beautiful walk and see you soon!

Although you fear you'll never be able to handle a Segway for the first minute, you'll have mastered it by minute 2. Especially thanks to the patient clear and positive explanation of the guides.
