Vincci Palace

Hotel was not nearly full, yet we were put into the smallest room on the floor, and maybe the hotel, right beside the elevators? No coffee/tea facilities in the room. No closet. Non-sensical room lighting. Aircoditioning is cengrally controlled. Cant go below 21c, and after a while it resets to 23c. 23c is not comfortable to sleep in for people not from a hot mediteranean climate. Its close to the centre which is nice, but this is not a 4-star hotel.

The location of the Vincci Palace hotel is perfect, right in the city center near galleries, the El Corte Inglés department store, Colón metro station, Turia Park, and all city destinations. The city has an excellent bus system, is clean with magnificent healthy trees, safe, and full of approachable and pleasant people. The room size is completely sufficient, the interior is outstanding, and the cleanliness impeccable.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The entire staff is very kind, attentive, and helpful with everything. We had the daily menu, which was both filling and delicious; unfortunately, we only tried it on our last day, otherwise, we would have had lunch at the hotel restaurant more often. My 3-year-old daughter refused other dishes, and the kitchen staff prepared French fries especially for her, even though they weren't on the menu—real potatoes, not frozen ones. When we were leaving, the taxi app wasn't working, and the receptionist went out into the street to hail a taxi for us. Housekeeping is done daily, and everything is impeccable. We truly enjoyed our stay and thank you for the hospitality shown to us!

Excellent location just minutes from cathedral. Very clean rooms. Have to request kettle facilities. Not the biggest of rooms but adequate... unfortunately on last few days there was a sewage smell in bathroom from the shower drain but it wasn't horrendous. Beds very comfy and large. Breakfast good quality but limited choices depending on what you can eat or like. Again very clean. Staff helpful. Lifts great and quick.
