Vincci Mercat

We had service issues at a hotel in Valencia so needed to find another hotel quickly and Vincci Merkat stood head and shoulders above anything else. When we arrived we were greeted by 2 wonderful receptionists who provided us with a lovely smile and warm welcome, a far cry from what we previously experienced! The hotel is in a perfect spot for you to visit the old town, the market is just 5 minutes away! But it is also situated in a location where you can also wonder into the more modern shopping district - the best of both worlds! Every member of staff went over and above to make our stay so very special. The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds, a well thought out bathroom with a rainfall shower with the option of a hand held shower and his and hers sinks! After a day of touring you’ll also appreciate a cool dip in the roof top pool and a glass of something cold from the bar. We will return to Valencia again as there’s so much to do and Vincci Merkat will be the place we stay, not just because of the location, the beautiful rooms, great rooftop pool & bar but because the staff are more like caring friends who want to make your stay the best they can!

Amazing stay in this hotel!!! Our flight got delayed and staff member/manager messaged us and stayed in touch to make sure our room was ready and available straight away on our arrival the next day. All staff members were very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, with a massive comfortable double bed. Bathroom was also very big and stylish. Great location of the hotel as well with walkable distances to all attractions. We loved our stay from the minute we arrived until we left. We are very pleased and would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. Thank you! 😊

Just returned from a 5 night stay in the Vincci Mercat and was thoroughly impressed. This is a stylish and well appointed hotel situated in the of old town Valencia. It’s within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and many bars and restaurants. All the hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a great hotel in a great location in the heart of old town Valencia do not look any where else.

We had a long weekend in Valencia and enjoyed our three nights stay in Vincci Mercat very much. Seldom do you feel so warmly welcomed to a new hotel in a new destination. All the staff at the reception were exceptionally nice and professional and we got a lovely welcome surprise in our room from Guest experience manager Nuria. The breakfast was good, well stocked with different options and the personnel took good care that there was enough to choose from all the time. It was almost too easy to stuff yourself with the delicious options :) The pool are is very small, but suitable for a city hotel, good for a dip in a hot day, and the staff and service on the rooftop was also great. We want to recommend this hotel in the city center, easy access to the heart of the city with restaurants, bars, shops and more. Thank you all for making our stay really memorable. We'll be back.
