I loved this hotel and the receptionist Daniela ( night staff) was so friendly, helpful and kind. The Spa I loved with a lovely and friendly girl ( Pilar was her surname) and a guy I forget his name ... The spa I loved apart from the beauty beds were a bit too high as had to step on a chair to get up.Bedrooms were lovely ,airy and spacious. It could have done with water in each room this was a disadvantage as you had to buy water and coffee at reception each time as none of these were provided in the room. Spa was Amazing really loved it .... I am from Ireland so this would score a 9/10 for a 5 star Hotel, it was lovely and quiet and outside Valencia about 10 minutes by taxi .... Restaurant staff were lovely accommodating and attentive.....But they could have done with having lunch on the facility. I plan to return in October as loved it🥰 Suesie from Ireland

This hotel is absolutely not suitable for tourists looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The entire property is outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The swimming pool is extremely small, with room for only a few guests at a time. In addition, the tiles around the pool are very slippery, and there are no handrails or other safety features. During our stay, one guest slipped and suffered a serious cut to their leg. We also noticed how slippery the tiles were, creating a dangerous situation for everyone. The staff were not friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience even less enjoyable. The rooms are also outdated and in desperate need of renovation. To make matters worse, the elevator did not work for our entire stay, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel does not require 4 stars for the facilities they offer, they might have been in the past, but no longer are at the level of a 4 star hotel, i am sorry. We have been visiting many spas in the area this one was out of many experiences the less satisfying: the sauna was barely at 40°C and the turkish bath / steam room was way under that. Not giving the expectations you would have for such facilities. The jaccuzi water was also not hot like you would expect but at ambiant temperature. The rooms were really not clean, the fridge was not cleaned before our stay + our bathroom sink was clogged / blocked. The cleaners never fixed it despite speaking to them in the corridors many time. It's a shame because I chose this hotel as it looked really nice and had nice spa facilities so thought it was worth being a bit out of town for this. But in the end, didn't suit the expectations and would have probably done better booking something more center. We still very much enjoyed our stay in Valencia, spending the least possible time in the hotel. The staff however was extremely nice throughout just a shame that the quality of the facilities don't match the quality level of the staff working there.
We stayed at the AZZ Valencia Congress Hotel & Spa while visiting Valencia for the Hyrox event, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from start to finish. First of all, there was no tea or coffee station in the room, which was surprising for a hotel of this level. We had to go all the way down to the lobby just to get a drink — and even then, the coffee wasn’t complimentary. We were charged £2.50 for a tiny paper cup, then had to trek all the way back upstairs. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room never felt properly cool, even after adjusting the settings multiple times. On top of that, the bathroom amenities (hand wash, shower gel, conditioner) were practically empty when we arrived and were never replenished during our stay. After completing Hyrox, we wanted to enjoy a celebratory drink at the hotel bar. We stood waiting for around 10 minutes, with reception staff clearly seeing us and choosing not to assist. When my partner eventually asked about getting a drink, he was told that “the bar doesn’t open until 7PM.” Throughout our stay, the reception staff weren’t particularly friendly in any of our interactions, which really added to the overall disappointment. To make matters worse, on Saturday night there was a private birthday party with a DJ outside, and the music was so loud it echoed through the entire building. We couldn’t even hear the TV, and any hope of resting after the competition went out the window. Then, to top it all off, Monday morning we were woken up early by the cleaners — vacuuming, slamming doors, dragging furniture, and talking loudly in the corridor. Overall, this hotel completely missed the mark on basic hospitality. Poor service, lack of comfort, and zero attention to detail. Definitely would not stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia.
