Only You Hotel Valencia

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is outstanding—just a short walk from Valencia’s historic center, with restaurants, attractions, and everything you need within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is elegant, full of charm, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The food was excellent, and every part of the experience reflected great attention to detail. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. A special thank you to David at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our family had a memorable stay. His kindness, local recommendations, and willingness to help made our visit to Valencia with our kids truly unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for providing such outstanding service. Such a perfect stay. The hotel’s location is excellent. The room amenities are excellent! The staff are just perfect! All of them ! Breakfast? Don’t ask ! Best in town! This was a solid find for two nights in a city as pleasurable as Valencia. There were plenty of choices spread across Spain's third largest city, but we knew to maximize a brief stay here, the best neighborhood would be Ciutat Vella (Old Town). In a pedestrian-friendly zone, the hotel is just a five-minute walk to the Central Market and another five to Valencia Cathedral. It's pretty close to the train station and just one bus ride away from the City of Arts and Sciences. The hotel itself is a luxury boutique property. It was originally built in 1959 and still has that mid-century ambiance about it, but it got upgraded to a less dated look in 2021. The front desk was quite welcoming with complimentary drinks and a helpful attitude. Our room was a spacious Premium with a King Bed and City View. It had a comfortable banquette below the window, a large desk, and plenty of space in the bathroom. On the downside, the lobby was pretty busy most of the day well into the night since there was a cocktail bar and a Japanese fusion restaurant. It appeared to be quite the social hub for local suits as well as hotel guests. The two elevators were pretty compact, so it wasn't unusual to have to wait for the next car. Rates were on the pricier side. While I paid for the room with my credit card points, the room is $248 per night on most booking platforms.

We had such a lovely stay for our girls’ trip to Valencia. The location was perfect – everything was within walking distance, and we were close to shops, bars and restaurants, which made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable. We were celebrating a birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond by arranging connecting rooms for us, along with champagne and a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more special. A special thank you to Aylin A., Anastassia, Guillermo, David and Veronica, who were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Every one of them welcomed us with a smile and genuinely made us feel looked after. It felt much more personal than staying in a large five-star hotel – almost like having our own concierge service. Even when we popped down at 2:30am after a night out, the team were still happy to help and share recommendations for clubs and places to go, which really summed up their fantastic service. There’s also a lovely bar at the hotel, which added to the atmosphere and was a great place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia, especially for a girls’ trip or a special celebration.
