Absolutely unacceptable – one of the worst stays I have experienced I genuinely struggle to understand how an apartment in this condition can be offered for around €180 per night. The only positive things I can mention are the location and the bottle of water that was provided on arrival. Unfortunately, almost everything else about the stay was extremely disappointing. Communication was frustrating from the beginning. Replies took far too long, and although we were told that the entrance codes would be sent at 16:00, they arrived later. I was already aware beforehand that check-in started at 16:00, but for accommodation charging this kind of nightly rate, I expected a much more professional and organised experience. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness of the apartment. There was hair in different areas of the rooms, and the bed linen appeared extremely dirty and had numerous visible stains. At this price point, basic hygiene should be the absolute minimum a guest can expect. Instead, we arrived at an apartment where we did not feel comfortable with the cleanliness at all. We also encountered numerous insects inside the apartment, including immediately after arriving and again during the night. This made an already unpleasant experience significantly worse and seriously affected our ability to relax and sleep. In my opinion, the apartment needs a thorough inspection, deep cleaning and appropriate pest treatment before being offered to paying guests again. The bathroom and kitchen sinks were another problem. The water drained so slowly that it could remain there for approximately an hour before eventually going down. Having drainage problems in both the bathroom and kitchen is not something I would expect from accommodation being sold at this price. Then there were the mattresses. They were extremely hard – genuinely comparable to sleeping on the floor. After travelling all day, we wanted nothing more than a clean and comfortable place to sleep. Between the mattresses, the insects and the condition of the bedding, getting a proper night’s sleep was extremely difficult. What makes all of this particularly disappointing is the price. If this had been very basic budget accommodation, some shortcomings might at least have been easier to understand. But at approximately €180 for one night, my expectations were naturally much higher. A premium price should come with an appropriate standard of cleanliness, maintenance, comfort and service. In my experience, this apartment provided none of those things. I also work in the hospitality industry, so I understand that unexpected problems can occur and that no accommodation is perfect. But there is a major difference between an occasional minor problem and having multiple fundamental issues at the same time: dirty and stained bedding, hair, insects, drainage problems, extremely uncomfortable mattresses and poor communication. This was not simply a matter of the apartment failing to meet unusually high expectations. These are basic standards that any paying guest should reasonably expect. For the amount we paid, I found the experience completely unacceptable and absolutely not worth the money. I would not stay here again.

Exceptional stay! Liked · Perfect place, exceptional rooms and amazing staff. Couldn't have asked for more! All amenities were present and TV was logged into services (which is extremely helpful). Great location and plenty of room in rooms, Super clean too. Disliked · First minor issue was the hot water boiler broke and leaked one night and then afterwards the hot water was on/off. Nothing major and was fixed as soon as possible by amazing staff/team. Walls can be a little thin sound wise. Another note to add was the place was a little difficult to find on the first night as the building is split up into 4 blocks. Also the room number was said to be on the first floor but it was actually on the 3rd floor of the building (minor but can be confusing).

Central location, close to major attractions and public transportation. Very clean and quiet - just as described on the website. The staff is friendly and offers helpful advice. This will definitely be our choice for our next vacation in Valencia.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything we needed during our visit. The location was excellent and made exploring the city extremely easy. We also really enjoyed the character of the area - even the sound of the nearby bells added to the authentic atmosphere. The hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout. We would happily stay here again.
