The check-in was horrible. I waited two hours then she ,told me I booked the wrong hotel after two hours. They charged me double they did not try to help me to see how I can be more happy as a client. They didn’t give a care in the world not very happy. I’ve travelled many places in the world and this place did not at all try to make the client happy, not pleased, they didn’t try at all to try and make me satisfied in anyway. Person

I had an awful stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the building. The room itself was dirty and poorly maintained. Worst of all, I discovered bed bugs in the mattress — absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. The service was just as bad. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving any of the issues I reported. It felt like they didn’t care about their guests at all. This hotel ruined my trip. I strongly advise others to stay away — it’s not worth the risk to your health or comfort.
My first room wasn't in good shape. Good they changed me. Restaurant and Bar staff friendly and helpful but no so good cocktails.
Wonderful hotel with all the amenities you've come to not expect in venezuela. Clean rooms with toilet paper and soap, tv with cable, free WiFi, good restaurant, lots of different alcohol to choose from and right across the street from a very large Sambil. I would not leave the hotel after dark, the city is not very safe but that's true of anywhere in venezuela at this point.
