In terms of hospitality, staff were more than accommodating. Everyone I interacted with had great spirits and worked with me to establish communication. The restaurant staff provided great service and were timely with requests even though there were hundreds of guests coming in and out. They also seemed to have been protecting me from an unwanted interaction with a guest. The room could be better in terms of complimentary tea/coffee however since I'm not from the area, and didn't necessarily read about what accommodations came with the room, it wasn't a big deal to not have. The size of the room was definitely shocking, but not in a way regarding enjoyment. I'm not a picky entitled guest, so overall I was pleased. The breakfast that's included has been palatable, and what is expected typically from a continental breakfast option. Quick snacks to start the day. The pool and gym could definitely be remodeled, but at the end of the day it gets the job done in a pinch, so no complaints there. The rooms are also not the best sound proof wise. Overall I think because of the way I was treated, I could care less about the picky nuances. The people made me feel welcome which makes up for everything else.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, so guests can get to the hotel without a car. However, you’ll need a car to get to downtown Valencia. Clean and spacious room; bathroom divided into two sections: sink just past the entrance, toilet and shower squeezed into a small room. Very clean. The hotel restaurant is good. Hotel staff were quickly overwhelmed by the situation and had difficulty with English. A few restaurants and bars nearby.

Compared to the disappointing breakfast, dinner was decent. The rooms were decent, perhaps because they're a four-star hotel. A refrigerator and a safe for valuables were provided. The air conditioning was also good. Overall, it was satisfactory as accommodation for a package tour.

Away from downtown, I got an excellent price for a large room, breakfast included. I am recovering from sickness so my goal was to be somewhere where I could have access to everything. Lovely swimming pool. Excellent food, best quality buffet. This hotel is used for congresses, but I also can see it as a good choice for people with a car that are looking for a good experience. All food has been delicious. I could work on video without glitches. I can't comment on any attractions nearby because I stayed in.
