Barcelo Valencia

After getting to know the Barceló quality in Mexico, this was our first stop on a multi part trip across Spain. It did not disappoint. I joke that they are still figuring out bathrooms, and this was also a very familiar continuation. That aside, the staff are excellent, multilingual, compassionate and great guides if you don't know where to go next. Their proximity to la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias is perfect, a straight walk out the front door, and if you've got the energy to explore the beach is a 25 minute walk away, or just hop on a bus or taxi. We walked everywhere since it was our first time and public transportation is completely foreign to us outside of Uber (not a normal thing here). So we adventured, walked to the beach, walked to old town, and shared our crazy experiences with the staff and headed off to the next exploit. We hope you enjoy Barceló as much as we did, make sure to include the breakfast in your package.

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Valencia and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a superb view that made every morning and evening even more special. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, offering an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. We also loved spending time at the rooftop, which was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. A very special thank you goes to Tony at reception. His kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. He is a real credit to the hotel. We highly recommend Barceló Valencia and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Valencia!

Wonderful stay. We've been there twice and enjoyed it both times. Perfectly located near the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències, the hotel's facilities look tremendous. The main strength of the place is definitely the kind and always-available staff, especially Rodrigo and Toni, who were both extremely helpful. The rooms we had might benefit from a slight refresh, but other than that they're quiet, allow complete darkness, and the beds are comfortable. The stay comes with coffee in the room and dental kits, which is a nice touch. The cleaning staff are really eager to do their job and always offered to make up the room, even on days when we didn't want to bother them. The location, finally, is absolutely ideal: close to the Ciutat de les Arts and the Oceanogràfic, a forty-minute walk from the beach, twenty minutes from the city centre, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby.

Very good stay at Barcelo Valencia! Big rooms with all the facilities you need. Staff is really kind! Great location, only some noise from the street. Breakfast really good, only the choise of bread could be better.
