Where to even begin. I had such a pleasant experience organizing mine and my husband's honeymoon here with Borman, he was always very punctual, professional and easy to contact during the booking process. And always happy to answer my many questions. With our package they arranged private transportation to and from the resort for us, and as first time travellers into the country this was much appreciated as I've heard how bad some roads can be. Mauricio the driver was so extraordinarily friendly and accommodating (was awake in the middle of the night to drive us back to the airport when we left). The waitstaff is incredibly kind, we primarily dealt with Valerie, Hazel and Omar and all three were so welcoming and accommodating and happy to serve when we came to eat. I also cannot express how amazing our candlelight dinner was at our villa, from the decorations to the food and the service. They really made us feel at home. There were days we were lounging at the pool and they would bring us glasses of fruit water without us asking as well which was so kind of them to make sure we were taken care of. We also booked a few excursion through Oxygen as well which was seemless and each excursion was absolutely wonderful. Of which they also arranged our travel to and from these excursions at an extra cost which we happily paid as it took off any stress from us for driving. The spa experience was also wonderful, located in the jungle close to their waterfall which adds a perfect relaxing ambience while getting your spa treatment. The ladies there were fantastic with each treatment we received. Every staff member I spoke with was kind and extremely helpful. When there, we were given the option to communicate with the reception on WhatsApp which made communication very easy. Unfortunately, our heat pump did break while we were staying there but they were very accommodating and put us in a different villa until it was fixed and gave us a complimentary massage for the inconvenience. The views here are also incredible, you feel like you are in a completely different world away from everything else. We stayed in a jungle view villa and you truly feel fully immersed in the jungle, and I was shocked at how much privacy we were able to get despite the villas appearing close together, we never heard anyone in the villas on either side of us. I cannot express my gratitude enough for how amazing our stay was here. So thank you oxygen for making our honeymoon experience so incredible, relaxing, and welcoming. The hospitality we received was unmatched. And please be sure to let your staff know we appreciated absolutely everything they did for us, it is not unnoticed by my husband and myself. We had such a beautiful experience at this resort! The property is stunning, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. A special thank you to our waiter, Omar, who personally welcomed us every day and was always so kind. We stayed in the Jungle Villa, which was beautiful, private, and truly secluded. The AC worked perfectly, we played dominoes outside, and loved relaxing in the outdoor tub surrounded by the jungle. The spa treatments were a highlight! We had a volcanic deep tissue massage in the middle of the jungle, as well as a foot massage and facial—all amazing. The food was also exceptional, with fresh, high-quality ingredients and so much attention to detail. We also explored the hiking trails throughout the property and got to see the beautiful waterfalls, which made the experience even more special. From the welcome drinks and complimentary daily smoothies to the incredible service, food, spa, and scenery, everything felt thoughtful and well done. Such a peaceful and memorable way to spend my 30th birthday. We would absolutely come back! 🌿🤍

We stayed at Oxygen Jungle Villas for one week for our honeymoon. It was gorgeous! Our room felt like a private oasis. The star of the show is the gorgeous restaurant and pool. The staff was incredibly friendly and amazing making our stay extra special. Omar was such a pleasure and made our stay very special. His attention to detail during our meals, going the extra mile, and remembering our favorites was so kind. The hotel also did a great job organizing transportation and excursions for us. We love our jungle tropical honeymoon and are thankful for such a memorable honeymoon experience.

Fabulous place to decompress for a couple days during our Costa Rican travel adventures. Accommodations and staff were top notch. Food was excellent too. The 2 km unpaved road to the resort was a tiny ‘bump in the road’ but easily navigable if taken slowly. Also be sure to take a walking stick if going on the local trail loop to the waterfalls. Well worth the hike but a bit challenging.
