Our pickup was on time...they were waiting for us with a sign that had our name on it...they were very informative about the area and so friendly. Not a single complaint....we definitely recommend!!

It was to be a Dewey busy day at the airport and our flight was to depart at 12.23 that's why I pre booked the transfer via trip advisor. We received a notification that said we would be told the pick up time and place. Had requested a 9am pick up as flight tickets said to be at airport 3 hours in advance of flight. To contacted us late the day before saying to be outside the Hotel Albatross for a 10.50 pick up. I immediately responded saying I had requested a 9am pick up and they said they had to pick up other passengers from other hotels first?? We were staying on the Norwegian star in dock at Ushuaia the night before the pick up, they said they could not pick us up there and we would have to lug our luggage to the Hotel albatross gate. We were prepared to do this but not prepared to miss our flight. I have our WhatsApp communications as proof of this conversation but we had to quickly get another taxi in road at 9am. They called me via WhatsApp at 10.50 asking where we were, we were at the airport on time. This service did not say it was a bus service with many stops and it did not say it could not collect us from the cruise ship dock when I booked and paid. We want our money back please

Becaeful, other operators will poach the prepaid customers then charge you at arrival. I had a lucky escape. The transfer was excellent

I used them for airport pick up and departure. They were on time, friendly, and helped me load my bags. We were able to communicate with google translate. For arrivals, they will have a sign with your name. For departures, it was a shared transfer with other travelers but they schedule the times perfectly and we all got to the airport with plenty of time to check in bags and clear security. The airport is ~ 15 minutes from city center.

A representative will be waiting for you in the airport after retrieving luggage. They will be holding up your name on a clipboard.

No driver was waiting at the airport, after 30 minutes of waiting and calling, some taxi driver finally came and drove us to the hotel.

Such a small airport but I couldn’t find the driver because he was far back in the crowd and was busy talking to his friend. Turned out the company/driver is not from this contact company. Info desk never heard “Tangol” either. I called the company but no answer. After 10-15 mins of wandering lost, I was taken to the right driver by this another kind driver. At the end, I was taken to my accommodation fine.

We had a good experience with this Transfer. The driver was there on time and we didn't have to wait much for the other passengers. They drove us to our Airbnb with no issues and we were able to book last minute.

Great service -- our flight arrived in Ushuaia a little bit early and they were waiting for us. They drove us into town at dropped us at our hotel while giving us vital information about Ushuaia, which was helpful later on. Big recommendation for people that like to get picked up without the hassle of finding a taxi, etc.

There was a person waiting as soon as I was past baggage claim holding a sign with my name. They immediately got me a car and I was in Ushuaia very quickly. Very smooth service.

They did not turn up as booked. I waited half an hour past the booked time. The hotel receptionist could not get in touch with the company so he called me a taxi. Currently trying to get a refund as the service was not provided.

<p>We had a hicup at the arrival when the shuttle operator mixed up our arrival information and didn't origanize the shuttle. After 30min running around we finally found the shuttle operator and they quickly organized the ride. However, if you want to save, go for local taxi. One way ride is less than 10 to your hotel from the aiport. We didn't know this but next time will go for local taxi.</p>

The transfer from the airport to the city went smoothly. For the return trip to the airport I got messages from various contact persons. That was confusing. I had also asked for an earlier pick-up time several times. This was denied with the suggestion that this was not possible with a shared transfer. However, all the people on this transfee had the same flight and due to the late arrival at the airport stress and time constraints at check-in. This stress was superfluous and could easily have been avoided. It's easier to handle.

On time. Clean and well maintained waters. You will be picked up in time to drop you off at the airport. If you make a change of pickup schedule for any flight changes are very flexible.

Tenía un traslado a unos apartamentos, pero antes tenía que recoger unas llaves en otro sitio. Esperar 1 minuto y seguir al apartamento. No quisieron y tuve que pagar el taxi del lugar de las llaves al apartamento. Muy mal.
