Ushuaia Airport Arrival Transfer

Picked us up with skis and luggage. They met us with a sign. They were quick and d efficient which was great because of the long travel. No issues.

The tour guides were the best, very knowledgeable and accommodating… what a great tour. Great experience

Easy, straightforward , no hassles. Easy to arrange and went very smoothly. Well informed as to meeting place for pickup and timing perfect.

We were met as expected and had a good feeling when one of the airport security guards had a warm greeting for our driver. Our driver spoke no English but we were able to get things done bours was a late arrival to a private rental and he helped us get in touch with the owner as they were not there to meet us. Very friendly, polite and extremely helpful.

It's a good way to make sure you have a transport after a flight without worries. The town is really close so it's a quick drive and it's very easy to find them

Even though I had a confirmation number, sent to GL Tour all the additional info asked for, and added them to my contacts, they did not show up for the transfer. I tried to call them, but no one answered. I finally gave up and took a taxi to the hotel.

An agent was expecting me at the airport with my name. The trip to my hotel was quick and easy. The communication was also very good.

Very good service, had our names on a booth and no issues at all. Marcela was helpful as I was trying to find our name as I was looking for a person with name board but the name as mentioned was on the first booth on a screen near the exit door and we found it easily.

Pickup was a breeze. Our driver was outside the baggage area with our name on a sign, very easy to find. She also gave us some great information about the area.

Attendant Met us as soon as we got out with our luggage, very helpful loading and unloading, to inside of hotel

My flight from Buenos Aires was delayed and I would be arriving into the airport at Ushuaia after 10 pm. My driver was waiting patiently for me at the airport, with a sign showing my name. I regret not recalling her name but her English was excellent and she was helpful, pointing out landmarks that helped get me oriented to the port city. I likely will book them again for my return trip to the airport.

The van was waiting but we had to wait for a no show the driver didn’t know about. The trip was advertised to make me think it was private

After 2 days of flying to end up in Ushuaia, it was my pleasure to meet your representative in the arrivals lounge and your driver. I felt very special having that very personalized service! I tipped your staff but didn't calculate the exchange rate to pesos properly so ended up paying them less than I wanted to.😟

After a day of flights and airports it is excellent to have the transfer to hotel handled in a simple, friendly and efficient manner. I was walked right to the hotel reception desk!

The contact was waiting for me when I got my luggage and cleared immigration. It was a shared ride but the wait for the other couple was minimal. The driver was very conscientious, It was a smooth ride.

Horrible experience. Although we knew we were on a ride-share, and expected to have to wait while the driver dropped other passengers off, what we did not expect was to be kept hostage by a tour guide trying to hard-sell everyone tour packages. At one point, she followed guests into their hotel to set up additional tours with them. After waiting in the van for 20 minutes, we went in to find out what was going on and found the guide sitting at a table with all of her travel brochures spread out, trying to talk passengers into booking with her. What should have been maybe a 30 minute trip turned into 90 minutes aggressive sales pitch for the company’s other tours. It was not what we signed up for. Save yourself the aggravation and find any other way to get from the airport.

Very easy transfer - they were on time and very helpful with my heavy bags. Will use them again on my next trip to Ushuaia.

Viator was great--very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, Gray Line Argentina was not. It said that you had to confirm with them ahead of time, but they did not respond to emails. Then, we got a confirmation the morning that we were arriving.....but they did not show up at the airport to pick us up! We waited until we were the last ones at the airport and they were closing down. I asked someone for help and luckily, he called another transport company for us. Not a great way to start our vacation.

After changes in flights and closed airport in Ushusia I tried to connect via phone and email to reschedule pick up but upon arrival—no ride was there and the company didn’t try to make contact or help us.

The service hasn't been done. Nobody has shown up at the appoiment causing serious problems to us. Se require to ne refunded

Excellent punctuality from the Time Off girls that was the agency that moved me. They were before the time (my flight arrived earlier than planned)

Contratamos e pagamos o transfer, chegando ao aeroporto esperamos por mais de uma hora e não vieram nos buscar !! Pagamos por um serviço que não foi realizado!!!

Fiz duas reservas através da Grey Line através do Viator. Na chegada ao aeroporto ocorreu tudo bem e me buscaram pontualmente. O mesmo não ocorreu no dia de eu ir embora de Ushuaia. A empresa simplesmente não compareceu ao hotel na data e horários combinados, não atendeu minhas ligações e nem respondeu as minhas mensagens. Quem me salvou foi o Uber. Não recomendo os serviços da Grey Line.

Contratei o serviços de vocês para ter tranquilidade na chegada do aeroporto e foi o contrário. Cheguei e fiquei 50 minutos sem ninguém aparecer com a placa do meu nome. O telefone e o nome que informaram no email ao chegar não corresponde com quem foi contratado com o transporte. A Rumbo Sur conforme enviado por email por vocês para mim, até apareceu no local por pedido meu, porém me informaram que não tinha nada contratado com eles. Ae apareceu um remmis depois de um tempão com meu nome e veio um carro muito velho nos levar. Enfim tudo ruim a experiência com isso até acabei de cancelar meu transfer para retorno ao aeroporto por.esta má qualidade não recomendo a ninguém.
