Our first stop will be at the End of the World Train Station, where in addition to being the boarding point for passengers boarding the train, it will be a time to take photos of the southernmost narrow gauge train on the planet. Both the locomotives and the environment, and its hall full of history are worth visiting. In this place you can have a delicious coffee or tea, with house specialties, and learn all about the history of the train and the Presidio of Ushuaia. Those who have not obtained their pass to board the train will be able to do so at this time.
Our first stop will be Bahía Ensenada Zaratiegui, where you can stamp your passport in the southernmost scam on the planet, and look at the green beaches, whose details we will tell you in situ. This stop takes place from November to April, and under certain conditions you can extend the visiting time at other sites if the park management decides to close it for repairs or weather conditions.
From the bay, we will continue on our way to Acigami Lake, another of the places that are worth knowing and feeling up close. With the majesty of the Guanaco and Cóndor Hills on its sides, we will learn about native flora species, as well as we will see birds that you will not be able to see in other places on the planet. We will do a short walk to see native flora and fauna, which will be a very attractive experience!
After visiting Lake Acigami, we will continue to the Mirador de Laguna Verde, easily accessible, where we will descend from the vehicle and walk there 5 minutes. This stop can be replaced for longer in Bahía Lapataia if the national park management decides to close it for repairs. It is an ideal time to take the best photos, contemplate the beauties of the colors of the body of water, dyed with the forest that flows into the lagoon, and the mountains as ideal decoration of the landscape.
Did you know that National Route 3 ends at the last place we will visit in the protected area? We will arrive there as the highlight of the day's adventure. From Bahía Lapataia we will walk along its footbridges that will lead us to archaeological sites, a legacy of our Yagan aborigines, as well as we will have panoramic views in front of us that are worth knowing.
Drop off at Restaurante Ramos Generales (Central area).

Excellent experience especially when time is short. The tour has only a 20 minute trek in the forest. Rest is by bus. A full trek tour may take multiple days. So a great choice for a quick 5 hour journey through the park. The train ride at the end is about an hour and a highlight of the tour especially when it stops at the waterfall
Maru was an excellent guide with extensive knowledge of the park. Everything went as planned and had a good time.
The National Park was beautiful. But the cost of Nat Park Fee (40,000peso) and Train (62,000peso) as of Dec 2024 is really expensive.
Nice views but the whole tour seemed a bit thin. Our guide (Andreas?) was especially helpful and knowledgeable which elevated the experience.
Excellent excursion. It was very organized and our guide was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend it.
It was such a stunning tour. What an amazing place on earth. Our guide Mariela was TOTALLY knowledgeable. All the participants in our tour (incl us) were incredibly interested and did NOT stop asking all sorts of questions. Mariela was asked everything about the Park, the train, the flora, fauna, etc etc and she was always happy to address our questions. Our driver was also fantastic. We highly recommend this tour & Tour Company.
Our tour guide was amazing. His name is Bruno and he narrated everything in English and Spanish. He took pictures, and made sure we were all having a nice time. The national park is beautiful, loved this tour so much. Gracias.
Wonderful guide who enjoyed her job made the trip even better. Learned so much history and this half-day trip was a perfect overview for another full day spent in the park. You will likely discover this in your research, but just in case, be aware that passes into Tierra del Fuego National Park must be purchased daily.
They change pick up time the day before for morning to afternoon. Couldn't do it due to another tour already reserved. When you get these tours in advance and the tour company confirmed but at the last minute don't have a pick up for the time you were confirmed your plans really get messed up thanks to them.
Today we did a wonderful tour with Nicolas J. Wolaniuk | Alma Calma Expediciones. We rode to the End of the World, did some level hiking, and enjoyed some super great scenery. He speak English very well and what makes it great, he enjoys his job. Highly recommend him.
Nice trip, the park is really nice and is well organised. I just founded the train experience too touristic.
There were suppose to be five stops on this tour. We weren’t told until I asked while on the tour bus that the two most important stops that I booked this tour for were not included — Bahia ensanada and Laguna. When I asked why, all that we were told was that it’s closed. The park is closed? Yet, we were able to go to the other three nearby stops! We want a refund for this incomplete or falsely advertised tour!!!!!
Amazing hike and views. My husband and I are over 50 and did the most strenuous path in the park, path 4, it was uphill for over two hours and then down. It was exhausting but the views were incredible at the top and the adventure was worth it. We took a taxi for 100 USD from the pier and had the driver return in 5 hours for pickup. Bring a backpack and walking sticks if you have them.
The national park is beautiful and the guide was knowledgeable. The train was cool, but it was quite expensive, and it was not included in the package. In hindsight, I wish I would have been told the price of the train ride, so that I could have decided ahead of time whether I wanted to do it or not.
The booking experience using whatsapp was cumbersome and the person making the booking tried to charge me a 13% surcharge for using a credit card. The tour itself was OK, Small bus used had seen better days. But certainly adequate for the trip. The guide's command of the English language was mediocre at best. And he actually lost one of the tour group and had to double back to determine where they were. We certainly enjoyed the scenery at the park but the tour company and guide did not really add any value or enhance the experience.
Excellent in every aspect!!! Very good coordination, human warmth. The guides are very good at their profession and responsible with the tourist. I contacted them without knowing them and I am very grateful, especially since I came alone. Thank you
Experience to do no matter what if you go to Ushuaia
Natalia was a very good guide, very knowledgeable
Excellent service. Very punctual, they deliver what was offered, and excellent service. Super friendly staff.
Everything is perfect and turns out just as they described. Every part of the plan was very punctual and Noe the guide is very willing, prepared, and helpful. Very happy with the choice of Kaitek and grateful for making us experience such pleasant moments.
Beautiful excursion and the guides are the best.
Excellent driver! Super helpful. The walk was beautiful and the food wonderful too
Excellent service and the experience is more than you can imagine.
Our experience was wonderful! The guide Cami shared her knowledge in a very beautiful way, so much so that my 10-year-old daughter remembers everything and wants to tell her school friends about it. Thank you very much for the experience!
Kaitek Viajes is more than recommended.
We booked the tour with Kaitec Viajes. We were caught at the hotel by Noelia's guide on the agreed schedule. The National Park is very beautiful, the mountains covered by snow, the peaceful sea, the serene lake, a different reality from our daily life. It was a good experience to feel nature preserved, to feel free, to be able to breathe a clean air. We highlight the work of the Kaitec team: Noelia, polite, kind and prestigious; the caring and courteous driver
Beautiful excursion. Gabriel always very attentive
Beautiful train ride, then by minibus stops in idyllic places, very beautiful scenery, nice guide
Everything spectacular really the best recommendations and attentions received from the sun. Impeccable service
Excellent guides!! It is the second time I do national park and Silvia's visit was excellent, totally different.... He made us a hike to the lake, which was beautiful. Super recommended
Very fun tour. Our guide Gaston was very good! Super recommended, it is half day for all ages, light hikes, you see flowers and fauna. There are viewpoints and the rest center is good.
Our excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park with Kaitek Travel was undoubtedly a spectacular experience. Every corner of the park is incredibly beautiful, with landscapes that leave you breathless. The combination of the tour in the park with the End of the World Train was perfect and allowed us to enjoy the whole tour to the fullest. Special mention to the guides, who were real geniuses. They knew a lot and their passion for the place was contagious. I want to highlight the flexibility and, above all, the human quality of the entire Kaitek Travel team. From the start, they were attentive and willing, making the experience even more enjoyable and special. Fully recommended! If you are looking for an excursion full of beauty, professionalism and warmth, this is the ideal choice.
Excellent service. Super friendly guides. Very nice tour on the train. I'd add more walks in the park. The rather short stops
La guía fue muy simpática y profesional. Pero no tienes mucho tiempo en el parque nacional para explorar. El viaje en tren (que no es incluido) dura medio tiempo de todo el tour. Solamente haces 2 paradas en el parque y te vas a la ciudad.
Beautiful!!! I highlight the silence and the immensity of the place. I suggest visiting with professional guides to learn more about interesting facts and, above all, about the history of the place.
Um passeio satisfatório ao que está proposto! Mas poderia ser mais longo, para que pudéssemos aproveita uns minutos a mais os lugares !
A place that seems enchanted. The landscape, the reflecting pools, the forest, gives the feeling of being inside a story. Very good care.
Our guide was exceptional and attentive, the discovery of the park was short but very well organized. I recommend
Re cute excursion!!! Our guide Guille, attentive, interesting information, very clear, it was nice to hear it and very cool, we went with 3 children of 8 years! I recommend Kaitek!
Beautiful experience with Kaitek!! We went with Germán, who not only paid us a visit to the park super relaxed and extensive by the trails, but also shared all his knowledge about the mountains and the ancestral culture of Tierra del Fuego!! I highly recommend them, as we went in 4 x 4 and enjoyed a lot of time to walk, take pictures and enjoy the day in full!!! Thanks for everything!!!! We'll be back!!!
The assistance of the agency guys (Diego and German) to guide us at all times and answer our concerns, spectacular. The park, wonderful. We went with Romina who is a love of person, explained everything with love. You can know the Post Office, I recommend carrying a passport to be stamped. The gentleman in the office is a character. Spectacular landscape. Optional to take the end of the world train, something I recommend 100% as the experience is beautiful and gives the opportunity to know the story about the prison. We will definitely come back!
Beautiful excursion, explanations of ten, highlight the kindness of Germán and punctuality. He knows a lot and shares his knowledge about trees and fruits. At the end of the tour he prepared a picnic with hot drinks and exquisite chocolates. Super recommended excursion and agency.
Excellent German from the agency, let us know the park from the love he has to each of these places, knows a lot and gave us without knowledge, about species of trees, plants places and stories of Ushuaia! We are also invited with a picnic in La Pataia of chocolates, and hot drinks of choice. Excellent and super recommended, plus a beautiful van!!! Thank you Germán! A pleasure!!
Beautiful excursion and all those we made with the agency. I stress the kindness, cordiality and concern to please everyone. Excellent attention from Germán and Diego. Thank you so much for everything.
Super recommended!! German and the whole team are ten. Predisposed, punctual and rating that they love their work. And we learned a lot!
The truth was the experience was BAD, one thing was fixed that ultimately was not. During the previous days they told us quietly that it will be all bin and the time came and it was not, everything wrong they did. from the place we did not find any kind of answer, just excuses. we had to fix it on our own and resolve depending on the good vibe of the people of the station. We had to pay the return us by taxi because they did EVERYTHING WRONG, I do not recommend that they travel with these people, very cumbersome everything, schedule them, then operate others and you end up getting much more expensive to do it with them q with whichever other.
A mess! I booked the national park tour and paid for the train ride on my own. DIEGO “the tour advisor” told me not to worry, that he was in charge of solving and coordinating everything and what happened? THEY SOLVED NOTHING! But this is not all, you contract with Kaitek and they NEVER SHOW up, they send you with TOLKEYEN and apart they charge you the commission. The park tour with Tolkeyen costs $5000 and Kaitek charged us $7,000 The Kaitek Catamaran Tour charges them $7,000 and Tolkeyen or any other charges them $4,500 They charge you commission and abandon you! Geniuses!
The Park is imposing, highly recommended the End of the World Train. Excellent crazy guide and transfersl!!
To really enjoy the park don't go hiking , one is more up a combi or micro than walking through the park
