Tierra Del Fuego National Park Tour

Must do if you are in Ushuaia! Great transportation, knowledgeable guide. Quite an expensive day, so make sure you are comfortable with the extra costs for the train and park!

The small group tour was the best! We arrived to our different stops before the large tour buses arrived. It enhanced the pleasure of our experience.

Penguin expeditions was super friendly and helpful. They accommodated my many needs and requests and were incredibly responsive. Would 10/10 use them if you are planning a trip to Antarctica or Ushuaia!

The park itself is GORGEOUS ! The pick up/drop off was smooth. And the ride was comfortable. The optional train ride was very worth the $24000 pesos (you have to pay in cash). Imagine riding the steam 🚂 train while wild horses running alongside the track on the endless green meadow! MAJESTIC! IMPORTANT NOTE: the tour is NOT in English as advertised, but the guide was kind and caring enough to find us another group with English speaking guide and we joined them (same company).

It hits all the sites without any of the walking. The end of the world sign, end of the world post office, and a couple of lakes. You can also do the train if you like, but it’s not obligatory.

While the guide and the driver were very friendly and knowledgeable, I did not like the trip. The company was recommended by my apartment host, so I went with it, and was not impressed. The tour was rushed — we only had 15-20 minutes at each location, spending the rest of the time in the car. The surroundings were magnificent, but we were not able to enjoy them at all, being rushed back into the van. If this were in the tour description, I would not have booked it.

Tour highlighted all key points in Tierra del Fuego National Park, the views during the trip were amazing. Tour Guide was fantastic, very nice and telling the stories with great passion. Pick up option worked perfectly and the driver came at exectly the time agreed the day before. We were also dropped off at the place we asked for. The only thing we didn't actually like was the fact that when you do not take the End of the World Train you need to wait in the parking lot for about 40-50 minutes at the beginning of the trip. All in all, I can definitely recommend this tour. Really good value for money.

It was an incredible experience; I must say it would not have been the same without Patricia's explanations and her excellent human warmth. She is a great guide and super friendly; moreover, she takes 10/10 photographs. The walk was wonderful, and if I were to do the tour again, I would not think twice about doing it with them.

We went from Mar del Plata with a trip planned for quite some time with my friends. The company has helped us make our days and journeys amazing! Pingûinos Expediciones was a very good choice for this tour. From the beginning they showed very professional contacting me through whatsapp. The transfer picked me up on time at the hotel. The guide spoke Spanish and English and had a lot of experience on this circuit. The entrance to the park is not included and you will have to pay on site but it is all very well organized. There is much to see on this unforgettable tour. From the end of the National Route 3 which begins in Buenos Aires and is used by those who choose to go by land to Land of Fire. The End of the World Railway Station, Lake Acigami, The End of the World Post, Lapataia Bay, Enseada Zaratiegui, Alakush Visitor Center are some of the iconic sites to be visited in the Park. It's something that gets labeled as a tattoo in memory! It is not possible to forget the experiences experienced there, with stunning views and trails. And it'll never be like being there! You have to live this experience!

On the GetYourGuide platform we booked a tour of the Beagle Canal and Penguin Island in Ushuaia. The company to which the Tour was redirected was Pinguinos Expediciones and we were contacted by Santino. With this company we also booked transfers to and from the airport in Buenos Aires, El Calafate and Ushuaia. We also made a LAGOS 4X4 tour, a visit to the Terra Del Fuego National Park and the End of the World Train tour and it all went very well, so I recommend this company. Not only did we buy the entrance to the Terra Del Fuego National Park with Pinguinos Expediciones, but we bought it on the Internet, but if we needed to do so, Santino would have made these reservations for us as well. Through WhatsApp, we always kept in touch with Santino. A tip, in Ushuaia, if you do the LAGOS 4X4 tour, either in the morning or in the afternoon, do not hesitate to schedule another tour with the Pinguinos Expediciones for the other part of the day. The truth was great the excursions, we made train, park and catamaran to the penguins and both the prices and the attention were incredible. Nico from the virtual attention, was super friendly and guided us and helped us in everything, and roxana and lauti in the physical offices of usuahia helped us also in everything, super loving and explanatory. I loved visiting the Tierra del Fuego national park, visiting the southernmost post office in the world, visiting La Pataia Bay, where Pan-American route number 3 ends, taking the tour with the End of the World train, visiting Macarena waterfall and the station. central, while the guides inform you about the history, flora, fauna, origin of the name, and work carried out by the prisoners in this park.

Passengers who do not choose the train option should not be waiting, first 30 minutes for the train to depart and then another 50 minutes for the train to finish, should offer something interesting for the rest of the passengers. Since at the train arrival station we were offered nothing to do but wait in a place not comfortable at all

We hired Penguin Expeditions to do a couple of excursions and transfers and they were excellent. I would definitely hire them again not only because they have very good prices but because the Service is very professional with continuous monitoring and advice. The splendid nature, one of the "must visit" of Ushuaia. The lakes are beautiful, old residence of the Indians of the Ona tribe. The dust and the van swing did not interfere with the ride.

We do not recommend this visit. Taken at our hotel at 8:25 (on time), we really did not start our visit until 10:30! Very long wait at the train del fin del mundo when we did not take it! Then 2 small solo walks, no time to do others (like miradouro). In short, a very (too) expensive service for the Service rendered. The guide was friendly and smiling but it is better to do this tour alone.
