Very interesting half day tour, with a very informative guide. Highlight was the National Park. So beautiful. The train was a bit slow, but interesting to learn its history. Would recommend.
I booked this tour pretty last minute and the group was able to fit me into their schedule. Luckily I was staying at the hotel that was the meeting point. The tour guide (whose name I unfortunately don't remember) was very nice and she took us around the park and showed us some edible fruits and berries and let us try them. She was knowledgeable and because I need a cane to get around she was helpful when the path got too rocky or muddy. She always checked on me and made sure I was ok with the pace. I really enjoyed how accommodating the tour company was and would highly recommend them to other travelers.
Beautiful scenery. Tour guide Alexandra was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure we had fun. The bus was new and comfortable. While the tour description says the train is optional, there was not time for it on our tour. Perhaps that was due to the time our ship was in port.
Fantastic tour of Tierra del Fuego park. Our guide, Alexandra, was very knowledgeable and helped us make the best use of our time in exploring and appreciating the beauty, birds, and fauna of this area. Sebastian, our driver, was very good, too, in driving us safely.
I highly recommend this tour, the guide organized and I really enjoyed it all. I advise everyone to pay the small extra amount for the train ride.
This was a really great tour. Guide was very easy to understand and she had a ton of knowledge about the forest area and the wildlife in it. I really great day.
I highly recommend this experience for anyone looking to explore the area. Stela was welcoming, an excellent photographer, and a knowledgeable local guide who offered a personalized tour.
The tour guide didnot show at the meeting point. We called the company's local number but nobody answered the phone. The company refused to provide full refund. Very bad experience.
The description of the tour claims that they do not waste your time with the train ride. However, out of the 4.5 hours 1.5 hours were wasted on waiting for other people doing the train ride and dropping them off/picking them up. That’s disappointing! It is called photo and trek tour but there was not a single moment dedicated to trekking. It’s nice to get around the park but definitely not what was sold to me!
Gabby was awesome! She is a very personable guide, provided background information and narration at appropriate times during the tour, and even offered to take photographs for the guests at various stops. What impressed me the most was her professionalism and the way she handled issues that came up (and belligerent guests) during the tour. She did not just throw her hands up and said it is what it is, but maintained a calm demeanor and worked diligently to come up with solutions that (in my opinion) worked for everyone.
Gabby was an excellent guide! So knowledgeable and fun! Knew all the best places. She loved taking pictures of the guests. Would definitely recommend her & this company and Sabastion was a great driver. 110%
We had a wonderful trip to the national park! It was a small group with only 4 guests which meant plenty of time to ask questions and chat with the guide, who was very friendly and super knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ushuaia!
The bus picks you up at your hotel or as we did, because we travel with a van, we met at the Albatross Hotel. Then the bus goes to the NP entrance - fee to be paid on spot - and then enters the park. Don‘t expect a huge trekking. It‘s more a walk to the different view/photo spots. Our guide Gabi was great giving us lots of information about the park and it‘s wildlife plus showing us the best poses for the photos😆 Communication via whatsapp was great!
Well priced tour, giving you the option to add in the train (at your own expense) Pace of tour was good, got to spend enough time in each location. Guide was very knowledgeable and great driver Not the tour operators fault - they Train broke down - so we were refunded...which was nice as I don't honestly think it was worth the $
Despite the rain we really enjoyed the tour and Gabby as our guide. We learned a lot about the history, flora and fauna during the day and she is very knowledgeable and passionate about the national park. We chose to do the train trip and Gabby picked us up afterwards and we stopped at different places in the park and on the coast and at the very end of the Pan-American Highway. The scenery is beautiful, plenty of bird life. We were given plenty of time to look around and ask as many questions as we wanted.
