The pin shared to reach the port was wrong but we were able to find the location thanks to local fishermen easily. The experience it self was amazing, the catamaran is in very nice conditions and everyone on board was so nice. When we reached wildlife spots they stopped for various minutes ensuring everyone had an opportunity to see and take pictures. We got pretty close to wildlife , a lot closer than what we expected. Food on board was great and photographers were very nice. An experience to remember forever. Very family friendly.

Itinerary
Our trip will take us to the Lighthouse of Les Eclaireurs, located in the archipelago of the same name, near the place where the ship Monte Cervantes capsized in 1930. At each of these points of interest, the catamaran will stop and circle several times, allowing passengers to capture the best photographs.
Continuing our sailing, we will head towards Los Pájaros Island, home to Magellanic Cormorants and Imperial Cormorants, making it a prime spot for watching a wide variety of seabirds.
We will visit the Bridges Islands, where we will disembark, on time in Karelo Island. The island walk is easy and accessible to all, and offers a unique opportunity to explore a small island in the middle of the Beagle Channel.

There are no words for this experience! Just wear water proof gear (like I did) and you'll have a great time! No your not going to get wet or soaked only if you stand at the helm but it is the closest waters in the world so... Be prepared
Great half day out on the Beagle Channel. Good weather helped for a comfortable day on the water. Boat skipper very experienced and we got the best opportunity to see a lot of wildlife.
While the staff on this boat were lovely, the boat was not. The seating configuration was 4-8-4, meaning that in that row, only the outer two seats on either side had a window view. The rest were inner seats. That section of 8 at the center of the boat was the worst, with the middle 4 seats completely trapped. In addition, the number of people they could - and did - fit on the boat left it feeling like a sardine can. Every time the boat would approach wildlife - and we did see seals, penguins, and cormorants - there was a rush to the small part of the deck to be able to see them. Most of the time this meant craning to see over 4 and 5 layers of people. So what could have been a great trip was spoiled by overcrowding, tight seating, and insufficient space. I definitely do not recommend.
The journey in Ushuaia into Beagle Channel was amazing. The captain took special time to allow us all to see the sights of the different small islands and the lighthouse too. His expertise in navigating the trip and handling of the catamaran was extremely appreciated.
You can see the wildlife on the cruise. The weather is not good so we didn't see much. We stopped at a small island for a short period of time, we did see some wild flowers but no animal.
We booked 7 days tour with Tolkeyen Patagonia for visiting Ushuaia and El Calafate. What an amazing experience it was !! They are very professional and everything is truly seamless. They sent us all pick up times one day ahead in advance. I never got a chance to follow up with them on anything. Their guides are very thorough in English. I have been to multiple countries and had multiple tours. But this experience with Tolkeyen team truly stands apart.
Christian (driver) and Veronica (guide) gave us a lovely tour. Lots of information given and the journey felt very safe.
Everything very good and fulfilling everything contracted
Amazing tour! Without words for what we saw, wonderful service, the professionalism of the team is indisputable. Don't miss this walk.
Excellent experience! A mandatory outing, it cannot be missed. We did it with Tolkeyen, excellent service.
Great experience departing from Ushuaia (ARG) along the Beagle Channel between Argentina and Chile, with sea lions and cormorants.
Fantastic experience. Very nice tour, air-conditioned boat, It is also possible to observe the insulation from the outside. Careful guides. There are photographers who take barbaric forums. We had the grateful surprise of the whales, who gave a show! We made a small stop on an island, where we went down and took pictures. The walk is unavoidable
First time knowing Ushuaia, knowing lighthouse and all the beauty there is in this province!
Superb experience. Attentive staff and magnificent excursion. Plus we were lucky enough to see whales.
Excellent experience! Excursion that should not be missed. Beautiful scenery and impeccable navigation (regardless of the wind) Operators and staff, highly professional. Highly recommended!
Everything was very nice, we liked the plan~ something cortico but it was nice as the weather also helped!!!
A very beautiful journey that offers the opportunity to enjoy and know the Beagle Channel in half a day
Careful and polite staff in hiring. Depending on which hotel you are in, you can make a free transfer from the airport to the hotel with them. The tour went out cheaper in the Porto unit than the one offered during the transfer. I recommend going to Porto. Good and structured boats.
Tour with friendly and communicative guides, in addition to explain very well home event and particularity of the region
Darío and Georgina to the airport thank you!!!!
Giorgina and her top driver made our stay in ushuaia unforgettable. Thank you thank you
We made the tour on January 7, 2026, at 15:30. The tour was conducted without a guide, which greatly damaged the appreciation of the visited environments. The Trekk in the Bridges Islands (which was one of the highlights of the tour) simply did not happen (although the day was sunny and there was no problem with the weather). There was no prior justification for not carrying out the Trekk or for the absence of a guide on board. Searched after the tour, the agency informed that it had "subcontracted" the tour with another agency due to the high demand during the period, and, therefore, did not know why the Trekk did not take place nor the absence of the guide. Several tourists attended the headquarters of Tolkeyen Patagonia to complain of the same problem. Everybody pretty dissatisfied. A very frustrating experience. I do not recommend.
I find it FATAL that those on the boat, after paying the ticket, grab the best part of the boat exclusively to take pictures and then charge them at abusive prices. In addition, they only made photos to large groups so that they could have a lot of sales of photos and to couples in love because they were willing to pay for hundreds of photos. A disgrace!!
The boat was safe and the staff was very attentive. However, the trip was well mixed, with a lot of balance. The weather was bad. So, in general, we didn't really enjoy the walk.
Beautiful experience. All very friendly in the crew. But I must highlight the good vibes of the guys in the photos. Super loving... I don't remember their names, I know they were weird 🤔 Divine them!
All excellent. Punctuality, attention. We made the tour in a large boat, we had access to the 1st floor. In the interior there is the possibility to buy snacks and souvenirs. The tour is surreal, too beautiful, as well as the cold. Being very well agitated is extremely necessary. The boat spends a good time around the Farol Les Eclaireus, making beautiful photos possible. The walk through the island is also very cool.
Excellent experience, very cordial guide Georgina Rodriguez and driver. I already knew Georgina from previous trips.
Excellent attention from Georgina Rodriguez tour guide and her driver Kiko! Super friendly and recommended! I would definitely travel with them again
Olaaaaaaaaaa Gustavo e Jeorgina are very spectacular, attentive and pontual! Thank you.
Unforgettable day!! All very beautiful!! Grateful to Valeria's exquisite treatment and her always very accurate clarifications and to Domingo for his sensible way of driving. Highly recommended!!
Very nice experience. Unforgettable. Sighting of penguins, cormorants, sea lions. On the outside deck it looks great.
We were in Ushuaia and El Calafate in July/2025. We made several tours and closed all transfers with Tolkeyen. From the initial contact, the care has always been very efficient and cordial. And not to mention that it was the best price I ever found. I would not have doubted in hiring them again on a future visit to Patagonia Argentina.
Everything worked out wonderfully. Excellent Service (uncomplicated online booking and very good support on the ship)! Thank you very much!!
I went for a walk with my bride, we liked it too much. We saw a lot of whales and got excited. Unfortunately, it was not the time of penguins, but we were able to meet the Cormorans and sea lions... beautiful!
Beautiful experience. An amazing sunny day and we even saw three humpback whales!! Don't miss it, all the better on a sunny day.
We did several tours with Tolkeyen and the service is IMPECCABLE. Punctuality, seriousness, warmth, assistance at all times. It was a really VERY good experience.
The best thing about Ushuaia is to have a good guide like those of Tolkeyen this time we missed going back to Almanza and drinking more local beer
Very good choice with Tolkeyen! With Pascual and Fabiana! Beautiful landscapes and very good predisposition of both. I’ll stick with a phrase from Fabi, the end of the world can also be the beginning.Unique experience!
The excursions have already been beautiful but with the explanations of Bianca (very entertaining and interesting). I give it a 10
If you feel like being crammed like cattle with 300 other tourists, this is the place to be. Little cruise on the Beagle, nothing extra ordinary, we see a lighthouse, a few penguins, and sea lions, and we return to the port, waste of time and money, it really isn't worth the cost.
NOVEMBER 2024: The tour costs 75 thousand pesos (+ or - R$375 depends heavily on the quote you pick up from Western Uniun). We bought with Tolkeyen, next to the end of the world sign plate, and walked 100 meters to Ushuaia Harbour to make the boarding. There are two schedules for tours: (9:30 a.m. and 15:30 a.m. from September to March) and (9h or 15h from April to August). You must arrive at least 30min before boarding. Inside the boat, it is not allowed to enter with drinks or food, but there is a convenience available. I left a picture with the prices. We went with the Explorer boat, which has three floors: two closed, with large panoramic glasses to observe the landscape, and the last open floor. On this tour, you can observe the Farol Les Éclaireurs, sea lions and birds called Cormoranes (like penguins, but they are not). If you want to see the penguins, there is another tour with a duration of 6 hours. This tour we did lasts 3 hours and also includes a small trail on Bridges Island. It's pretty quiet. Extra tip: The weather in Patagonia is quite unstable; in general, the mornings are more stable. I recommend doing all the tours in Ushuaia with waterproof clothes, as sometimes there is a thin rain or even snow, which can wet the clothes. Or bring a raincoat. To sum up, I really liked the tour and super recommend Tolkeyen. I was very well served, from the purchase of the tour to the boat. An unforgettable experience to do in Ushuaia.
