I was charged double the price than the going rate as advertised on the TripAdvisor platform and the service provider has refused to refund the difference. That is just plain theft. Did the thorough review actually compare the confirmation note against the actual prices advertised on the Trip Advisor platform? Probably not. This is simple theft.

Itinerary
Ride the End of the World Train. 50-minute walk to discover the last 7 kilometers of the "Senda de los Presos"
Here you can observe the most characteristic species of this type of forest, among which it is possible to mention shrubs, beeches, ñires, old man's beard, Indian bread and flowers, all this in a spectacular area of 63,000 hectares. During the tour, several stops are made to take advantage of the panoramic views and take pictures.
The last point to visit, and the most beautiful for us, is Ensenada Zaratiegui. There you can admire the Round Island, and visit the last post office of the Argentine Post Office, and take photos of the historic building of the last post office of the Argentine Post Office! (The visit to this point is only made in summer; in winter, access is restricted for climatic and safety reasons)
In Bahia Lapataia we find the famous poster of the End of the World, which symbolizes the union of Ushuaia and Alaska, the 2 ends of the American continent, connected by the "Pan-American Route". Here you can take the most iconic photo that everyone wants to have: The End of the World poster, the End of Route 3
In this viewpoint we will see a pool whose name is given by the intense color of the water. You can also see two imposing hills: Cerro Cóndor and Cerro Guanaco.
At Lake Roca, originally in the Yámana language it received the name ACIGAMI, which means "elongated basket" we contemplate the typical Patagonian postcard, which involves mountains, forests and lakes.

Good excursion hitting the main highlights/photo spots in TdF national park, plus the End of the World Train. I had actually looked into a more do-it-yourself version of this with some hiking/walking between the stops, but in the end decided that my time in Ushuaia was limited and it was a lot easier and more convenient to just outsource the planning and coordination to the pros :)
Everything was very professional and well-explained. They pick you up right where you are and are very punctual. They explain what the activities will entail, allow you to ask questions, and ensure you have everything you need, including all the necessary recommendations. They are very attentive to the group. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic! Very well organized and enjoyable. Terrific and informative guides. Highly recommend this tour.
It was ok. Very touristc. Guide was quite bland. He didn't like his job. He wasn't interested in the passengers. Spoke English and Spanish
Our guide shared a lot of info re the Fuegian and Patagonian history and geography. The commentary on the train was very informative.
Can’t fault it. Jackie was great as was the driver. Communications were clear and easy to follow prior to the pickup. Lots packed into this trip fast paced. Interesting mix of subjects. If I was going to be picky might have been nice to have a coffee break somewhere but quite honestly packed as much as we could in a short period of time. Nice one thanks. 👍
Informative & entertaining! Enjoyable excursion with historical information as well as unique scenery. Memorable photos, great staff
The train ride to the End of the World was a lot of fun, especially taking a picture with the prisoners, prior to boarding the train. Be sure to buy the picture, it’s a great keepsake! Tierra Del Fuego National Park was simply amazing, Pablo our guide took us to all the best and most beautiful spots in the park to include the snowy, landscapes.
An excellent independent tour. Guide and driver very good. Plenty of stops for viewing scenery, with explanation from guide. Train is cramped when full, but scenery makes up for this. Commentary is in several languages. Clear and helpful information. Only criticism is could do with a bit more time at certain stops. But, accept timings prevent this. Overall, worth the money we paid.
It was an amazing trip. How exciting to say, I have been to the end of the World?. So glad we got to d this trip.
Covered a lot of points if interest and not too rushed. Train trip is interesting but not thrilling. informative guide
Was very good, nice scenery and good weather. The guide and driver were also top
The tour was very well planned and time coordinated. The tour guide (Jackie) and driver (Juan Manuel) were exceptional! Very helpful. This was a great experience!
Good experience . Excellent .
Driver and guide were great! Followed the schedule and made sure we got back to our ship on time. Beautiful scenery and neat experience on the train.
The listing stated the time and location of pickup. We arrived 20 minutes early to learn that WE were already an hour late and in the wrong place. The staff quickly made arrangements to have us join the tour in progress, but that could have easily been avoided. Later, the park was so crowded that we were unable to see some of the sites. The train “to the end of the world” was overhyped. Apparently this tour has been deemed “the thing to do”, given how packed all of the tour buses are. But we were disappointed, although the description of the itinerary on TripAdvisor was accurate. Our guides seemed less than concerned about our reaching the port for the departure of our cruise ship. Overall, everything just felt sloppy.
The tour was fine. The guide was fine. I’m glad we did it but would not do it again with this company.
The excursion itself was a beautiful trip. The guide was very hard to understand. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.
The tour was a good tour. Tierra del Fuego National Park is beautiful and well worth the visit. We were on a shore excursion so our time was limited. Our guide did a good job of pointing out areas of interest and the borders between Chile and Argentina. Seeing the Beagle Channel and Bahia Lapataia were just a couple of the landmarks of note. The End of the World train ride was nice and relaxing. I enjoyed the tour, although, I thought that the popular End of the World sign was actually inside of the park but it is actually near the cruise port. Overall, we enjoyed the tour.
While the train ride is enjoyable it's a bit of a tourist trap, complete with pictures of you and the inmates for you to buy. The scenery is nice but other parts of Ushuaia were prettier. We had wanted to hike to the end of the earth post office but were informed that it was closed. If you've done everything else in town go see it but I wouldn't make it a top priority.
is very well organized tour! thru all the messages it went very smooth. We started. In a shuttle bus/ van on Main Street where you see a train replica/ a husky statue and quad and tge ticket office is just inside. When you to get out of city center you go to the fairly recently renovated train station. What a great job they did! It looks amazing , very vintage indeed! With “ actors” dressed up and a fun photo taken youbthen take the “ End of the World train”- ( it was very cozy with small narrow doors/ mini banquet seats and wooden interior. ) the 7 kilometers runs through a passageway by lakes, Lago Roca, ( Lake Roca), Bahia ensenada.( bay/ cove) Bahia zaratiegui, Bahia Lapataia, There are wonderful views of the surrounding low lying houses and the mountains, . It was a beautiful day and we had a great guide and great English !0
The tour guide was really good, but overall I kind of said it was just a tourist trap and not really worth the money. The train was like just a small train through the woods that didn’t go very fast or see anything unique. Some of the parks were cool, but I feel like we could’ve just driven through that for the price with a rental car. All in all it was just an OK experience, but it could’ve been better if it was much less expensive. Also, the post office is at the end of the world was being torn down while we were there, which was sad because It was one of the highlights of this tour I wish we would’ve been told that ahead of time
Eileen was great. Very informative and always open for discussion and questions. I love the smaller group tours.
Relaxing tour of Ushuaia very informative. Beautiful views within the national park. Views from the train were nice. Our tour guide was so lovely and very accommodating.
the tour guide was excellent - very informative and excellent English. the history about the railway was so interesting, and the train journey (e.g. seeing the tree trunks cut down by the prisoners) was very good.
It was really well done and an interesting story. Beautiful scenery. The train ride made the day for my son.
Great tour of Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego and the prison history. The tour guide presented the information in 2 languages. A bit difficult to hear. Great way to cover a lot of territory and history. Very friendly and accommodating! The train ride is a bit hokey, but the story is great.
The trip on the old steam train was interesting, although it was more suitable for children. The beautiful views from the window, the interesting history of the train, and the sunny weather created a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
Very good tour with a knowledgable guide. Picked us up at office 5minute walk from port. Beautiful scenery and good train ride. Got us back to port with plenty of time to shop before boarding ship.
Luis was a fantastic tour guide and very kind, and Sebastian was great too! Would highly recommend, anyone can do this regardless of physical ability and it was a great way to see Tierra del Fuego with limited time
Felt like we wasted our time! We expected more time in the national park. We were rushed and crowded this very touristy, not great tour. We were on a cruise ship so had limited time. I would NOT take this tour if I had it to do over again, there are other tours that will give you a Better sense of Ushuaia
An excellent day! The day was planned perfect and everything went off without a hitch. Tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable of the national park.
Lovely National Park to tour. Our tour picked us up. Then ear phones in 6 or 7 language to listen to information about the formation of park
The Park visit was excellent and interesting and our tour guide, Martina, provided lots of information on the vegetation, flowers, lakes, birds and history. I rate this portion of the tour a 5. The train tour however, to the end of the world, wasn't as good and not as expected.
The guide and driver were excellent, very professional, very knowledgeable and really nice. If you love nature with a little bit of history thrown in it’s a great trip.
Guide was disorganized. Lined up for train and realized we had to get much later train, so re—embarked in van and went to parc. Lined up-up to purchase tickets to parc, bank machine went down, caused another delay. Guide was providing explanations in english and spanish but was much more fluent in spanish therefore provide more information. Group tours should be in one language only.
Everything was very well organized. Great communication from the very beginning till the very last moment. Our ship itinerary was changed twice after we left Buenos Aires and we almost skipped Ushuaia. Eventually we arrived two days later and all this time Info de Ushuaia stayed in touch with us giving reassurance that whenever we arrive they would accommodate us and provide the park tour and train ride. Comfortable ride in a nice clean van for 18 ppl was enjoyable. Overall, the tour was interesting - diverse scenery, good experience stopping at three locations and driving through the beautiful forests. But hour long stop at the Tierra del Fuego NP Visitor Center was absolutely unnecessary and too long. Visitor Center was extremely crowded, noisy, food very expensive and no place to sit and eat. We’d rather spend this hour hiking at one of the beautiful stops - Bahia Lapataia or Lago Roca. Our guide Guiermo was very professional, friendly, helpful, and engaging. He spoke perfect English and shared tons of interesting information on flora and fauna, history of the region, and local culture. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego. He took time to answer some of the most random questions with sincerity. The park is really beautiful, but we just got 10-15 minutes at each stop, not nearly enough to walk around on a small hike to appreciate the beauty of a place. The train ride is expensive but memorable.

We were lucky and had a beautiful day with some son and no rain. The guide was very professional and spoke perfectly English and explained everything about the glacier, the lakes and borders to Chile. The train was amazing too and was interesting to put yourself back when all his convicts had to go out there and work in the cold
The train journey was OK 1H, stopped at a waterfall, you go from one station to another, other transport by bus, otherwise a trip to the national park, beautiful views of the Andes
Great trip around Tierra del Fuego. The driver and Pablo the guide were very nice, but we had a 3 hours delay because of the train. We had to wait in the train station a lot for getting in. Otherwise, the national park is amazing, the trip is long, so pack some food and water. Everything is well organised and anyway, you have everything u need in the train station - water, snaks, toilets, shop.
Having gone on train tours, featuring grand steam engines, this tour left me feeling disappointed. The train portion is only one hour long on a train that felt like a toy train. I was jam packed in a cabin with five other women, knee to knee with no ventilation since it was raining. The tour bus didn't have much visibility and I couldn't hear the tour operator with the fan blasting in the back. What I did hear is that Ushuaia is where they sent the prisoners (like Timbuktu) and hundred years ago, people wouldn't dare go to Ushuaia on a holiday. I think the only reason to go there is a pit stop before a cruise to Antartica.
The guide Louis was easy to follow when he was commentating in English although not his first language. The trip was made easy by the organisational skills and communication with us prior to leaving. Louis helped with photography for our group. The train trip was fun and the scenery was fabulous.
Great guide, beautiful landscapes. Train was hokey, but everyone does it. Camilla, the guide, was truly a fountain of information, geological, botanical, historical!
The park & train are absolutely worth seeing beautiful anc informative , but if English do not book this company . The guide who was very boring & uncaring spoke very little so we had no idea what was happening nor heard the history or facts . They should be honest about this or give English handouts The weather dried up but if raining they have small vans that steam up so you can’t see anything unlike the other buses we saw on the tour. It’s cramped and the hosts wouldn’t ask people to move around to sit us as family & I was squashed on a wheel with half a seat due to a huge guy so I had to complain and ask people to move which helped but was uncomfortable asking You don’t get any food they drop you into the visitors centre but be warned 20min queue /20min for food so you see nothing unless bring own food or other agents appeared to pre-order. You are suppose to get a hot chocolate at the end . He walked us into a store then just left us. No one knew what was happening so we just all left having to walk back in the rain to the boat Overall awful company & tour but we did see other good ones & our friends booked a good one . Park & train though we do recommend
This is the worst tour company I've ever encountered. In the chat, they said they'd pick me up at my hotel at 7:50. Yesterday, the same company's ticket office staff told me to come to the office at 8:45. I had two different stories. On the day, I waited at the hotel as promised. But no one showed up by 8:00. So I headed to the office as instructed. But a different staff member said they didn't handle the pickup there. Meanwhile, the bus arrived at the hotel. I hurried back to the hotel. But even though the time was only a few minutes different, they told me it was too late, and I couldn't get on the bus. I was then denied the tour. I've never encountered such a terrible tour company. I will tell anyone I know who is considering a trip to Ushuaia to stay away from this company. In fact, this company alone has given me the worst impression of Ushuaia. I want to tell everyone not to go to Ushuaia. Because of this company.
It was a little difficult to find the tour operator on the pier. It would be helpful if they had a big sign or better directions like some of the other tours.
An easy and relaxing tour to the national park. Very good scenery, our guide Miss Jackie is excellent, very informative. Highly recommend this tour.
Great for cruise ship passengers for about half the ships price. Never any worries about getting back on time. Enough people on our ship booked it so they picked us up right on the pier. They drive you around to several places in the park with places to eat in addition to the actual train ride. You do have to select a time after your ship has arrived and time to get back to it. 10:30 was the perfect time.
