THIS OPERATOR IS A SCAMMER & CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!! I booked a tour (1 of many) with Viator Australia 6 months in advance - Escondido and Fagnano Lakes Tour with Breakfast in Stay I shoud have been suspicious in the beginning, when they NEVER RESPONDED TO QUESTIONS about our hotel pickup! A few days before the due date the company started contacting me via WhatApp. They then constantly changed their minds about the tour details and whether they can pick us and our luggage up or not for days. After finally AGREEING to Pick us up. They then suddenly tell me they cannot transfer our luggage as agreed! Also they are saying that the tour DOES NOT include Lunch (BREAKFAST), so that would cost us extra AND the tour will NOT RETURN UNTIL AFTER 4PM. NOT 3PM as advertised. (They found out we had a plane to catch!) They tried to "OFFER A PRIVATE TOUR" but of course THAT WOULD COST MUCH MORE! They contacted me via WhatsApp (probably so Viator had no record of their lies and the SCAMS THEY ARE RUNNING!) They then asked me to cancel the booking, but I told them I CANNOT since it is within 24 Hours and they have wasted so much time and I won't get a refund. THEY OBVIOUSLY DID NOT WANT TO CONTACT VIATOR so they would have to admit their SCAMS. Eventually, Viator agreed to refund my money, but the SCAMMERS HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID!

We never had the breakfast the was on the trip we did have a nice lunch but we had to pay for it the guide was a little fast on the explanations of what we were looking at

Fantastic tour with wonderful guide. We saw some beautiful lakes and had a great meal, really great experience.

Never went on it. They left without us. When I made the reservation I informed them that we were on a cruise ship and were scheduled to dock at ten o’clock. I received an email that the reservation could be changed to the later time. We had a cancellation window of 24 hours before to get a refund. Less than 24 hours before the pickup time I got an email from Wanda that I must pay an additional $4500 pesos for lunch which we thought was included. Then I was informed of the meeting place. Apparently they forgot that we were on a cruise ship, and were docking at 10:00 and had to wait until the ship was cleared by customs before we could get off.. I had no control of this. At 10:34 we were told that they wouldn’t wait any longer. We were among the first 20 passengers to get off at around 10:40. Went to the pickup point but the guide was instructed to leave before we got there. Tried to contact them and didn’t get a response until after I called Viator. Extremely dissatisfied, we have been on over 65 cruises and took numerous private shore excursions in every part of the world and this is the first time this has ever happened to us. Ruined what was a once in a lifetime experience of a part of the world we will probably never return to. We were in constant communication with them and the driver about our situation throughout this. Waiting to see if we get our money back.

Two stars excursion if we mean organization. Third star - for beautiful Fagnano lake and cute grey foxes nearby. Prospect offered two lakes but in fact we skipped Escondido lake. However, our lunch lasted two hours. Everyone ate in 1 hour and languished another one at empty tables. During this time, it would be possible to see lake Escondido. In addition, we were forced to pay for lunch, although it was included in the tour. No confirmation papers could convince our guide. But if you don't care about all that and want to see a beautiful lake and cute grey foxes, buy this tour. One positive thing: after one hour near cold lake our guide gave us hot coffee with cookies.

I cannot rate the Kaitek Viajes trip I had booked. I had a confirmed pickup time and place for 9:00 am (kaitek viajes confirmed this with me after 10pm the night before). Instead, I was picked up at 10:15am by a totally different tour company that I had never heard of before(Brasileiros du Ushuaia). When I asked the driver/guide why I was suddenly with a different company without any explanation, he could only tell me, “I don’t know. I’m only an employee.” The tour and the guide/driver were fine. However, it was not a Kaitek Viajes trip so I cannot rate their tour.

Our guide Luis Coria felt like being with family; the food he prepared was perfect, and the dog sledding was a unique activity with extraordinary landscapes—a dream at the end of the world, USHUAIA, although we are mistaken because for us it is the beginning of the world.

The views are amazing and the tour is very picturesque, but I can not fail to mention the good vibe and interest of Caesar to make us feel comfortable and have a good time at every moment of the trip. The day I travel to Antarctica as a guide, we will do it with him, no doubt. It is also very good steakhouse! WE'LL BE BACK!

Excellent experience, essential scenery and relevant explanations, with stops at the pleasure of travelers. The roast and sweet lunch was excellent. I was traveling alone, but with the guide Caesar and the other travelers it was like being in a group of friends, a really special day with the best possible vibe.

A agência Kaitek, sem comunicar, tercerizou o tour. A atividade previa um café da manhã em um refúgio no lago Fagnano. A guia que conduziu o tour, de outra agência, não sabia desta atividade. Entrou em contato com a agência Kaitek, mas não obteve retorno. O tal café não aconteceu. A guia Jessica foi muito solícita e profissional.

The tour started at the exact time, our guide Gabriel gave us a lot of information about the landscapes, culture and tips during the tour, he offered to make stops to take some good photos, we passed through the garibaldi pass, hidden lake and by last lake fagnano, it is in the latter where he prepared an excellent lamb everything very nice, we walked trails seeing beaver trees with incredible views, highly recommended

It was going to be a shared outing, they sent a van with flip seats in the back and it was full, we didn't fit into the seats, knees stuck in the front seat. The other passengers did not want to rotate seats during the day, the guide left us at Lake Fagnano and we had to take a taxi to return to the city, The Enterprise did not want to return the money of the excursion we had paid in cash, or reschedule it. They're not reliable. If they can hire another Enterprise they would avoid ruining vacation days. SUCCESSES!

In a 4 x 4 truck that picked us up at the hotel we departed off road to see beautiful passes dd Ushuaia. We left at 9:00 and before 14:00 we are back. There is a first stop to see some old bikes and take a gym, then we stopped to see the hidden lake and then we made a stop a brunch with wine cheese, bread and ham, the edge of the lake. Then we went to a very nice refuge in the middle of the bush, only with chemical bath to have lunch a chorizo bife, in a rustic and interesting Mood.

BEAUTIFUL! WE RECOMMEND EVERYTHING. Beautiful views, delicious food. Travel from 10am to 5pm very good schedule and looks everything and you have plenty of time for photos and videos

We found Kaitek through the comments on this app. We had a personalized visit with Gabriel! He told us many curiosities of the city, it was super friendly and entertaining. As we stopped at each place he was in charge of also taking great pictures of us. In Lago Fagnano we stayed drinking a hot chocolate next to crescents and some delicious chocolates! The truth is, we're past 10! Hopefully we can come back in winter and share more experiences together. 100% recommended!

The price is too high for the Service offered. The only rescue was driver Gustavo. It included a brunch that turned out to be a hot drink smaller than 100ml and a piece of bread.

Seeing Lake Escondido and Fagnano from Paso Garibaldi was amazing!!!!! What landscapes!!!!!!! How beautiful our country is!!!!!!!!!!! Estancia La Carmen is a magical place where the very origins of the pioneers are evident, such as Don Fernández, a family that made history and still struggles day by day to sustain itself. We were greeted with warm drinks and homemade bread that enlivened unique accounts of their ancestors. Unmissable views of the Fagnano, walk along its shore and tour the forests. It is a real paradise to enjoy with all the senses !!!!!!!! My grandchildren enjoyed it so much. Thank you !!!!!!!!!!

This experience has it all! During the tour, each stop gives you a completely different landscape from the previous one. A few kilometers from the city, Ushuaia gives you unique postcards. We made this excursion with my partner and accompanied by the guide German Ausili. The truth was that it was a beautiful excursion in every way. Apart from the tours and amenities, German is passionate about flora, fauna and Fueguin history. You definitely enjoy the excursion with someone like the guide. We toured from Ushuaia to the north, visited the hidden lake, lake fagnano, the Garibaldi Pass, among other things. And we ended up eating high lamb in Llanos del Beaver. SPECTACULAR
