A one of a kind location and staff. Beautiful, traditional rooms, and Alessandra and Mauro are the most gracious hosts. And Alessandra’s food alone is worth a trip to Italy. We have visited twice, twenty years apart, and were just as overjoyed both times.

Beautiful place with a very interesting history and wonderful hosts. Our room was lovely with very comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower. The breakfast had a wide variety of homemade pastries, yogurts, scrambled eggs and bacon and everything was delicious. A short walk to the walled city. Highly recommend

Quirky villa in rural Umbria. Wifi was only good in the lobby. Grounds were beautiful. Easy walk into town. Very clean.
