My family can not say enough good things about this hotel . It was the best ending to our European trip . Simona is truly the gem in San Gemini palace . She was so kind and her customer service skills are wonderful . Elena at breakfast was so sweet and attentive to our orders. Loretta and Elisa always had smiles and were willing to lend their assistance.
The staff, the breakfast , the accommodations , the accessories that are given to the guest and the town itself are truly a five star experience !
We found this magical place by accident - absolutely gorgeous!! Stayed in the Presidential Suite with a little balcony overlooking the hills and a separate room with a jacuzzi tub. I am so happy we found such a hidden gem - I would give it 100

I was so utterly impressed with my stay here, the hotel itself, the staff, the service, were incredible. I had mentioned in my correspondence with the hotel that one of us was vegan, and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had created a vegan corner for breakfast. Complete with vegan sandwiches, vegan meats and cheeses, vegan yoghurt and croissants. The works! The complimentary bottle of wine left in our room was delicious too. Would highly recommend 😊
Lovely place! We stayed in the Presidential Suite, which was truly elegant. The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff made our stay truly special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met, making us feel like valued guests. Every interaction, from check-in to dining, was marked by professionalism and a genuine desire to make our experience memorable. The level of attention to detail and care was simply outstanding.
This was a last minute decision on our part to escape Rome for our last 4 days in Italy and i will forever have no regrets, just 1h outside of Rome lies this phenomenal hotel! Its absolutely spectacular. Its beautiful picturesque views are alone worth the stay! The staff are welcoming, friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you feel , exactly how your supposed to feel on vacation, blissful!! A special thank you to, two of the most attentive and genuine gentlemen who were greatly appreciated Dylan & Adrian.The hotel is exactly what i had envisioned while dreaming of an Italian vacation. Charming stone walls , original architecture and the rooms… made you never want to leave! Breakfast was incredible, served in room or in a siren garden overlooking the valley or even another option inside, spectacular! The town itself had many choices of restaurants, we tried them all and were overwhelmed with how delicious every one was!! Planning a dream vacation, i strongly suggest visiting this property…. We were on our honeymoon so we splurged for the presidential suite and it was well worth the extra, the in floor whirlpool tub in a room all to itself, attached to our bedroom,looked over the valley with ceiling star lights and live candles was the MOST romantic!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
